Question about Hanging Sensation

I am feeling some intense sensations in the area of my inner penis in between my asshole and ball sack. Is this a good place to be feeling something?

In fact, tonight during my last set I that area actually cramped up on my and I had to relax that area so it would go away. The cramp only lasted a few seconds but it hurt.
