Well…..end of the month is the 11th. I started this routine on November 11. However, I did get impatient and measure a few days ago. There always seems to be a difference when you measure every time, be it because of body temperature, health, etc. So when I measured, I was quite disappointed because I showed no gains….in fact a decrease since the 7.75 previous measurment. Monty tells me that measuring from the side allows for too much flucuation in length everytime you measure. So I am only keeping my gain stats on side BPFSL and top BPFSL. The next day, when I measured top BPFSL, it was 7.5. I slid the ruler to the side just for kicks, and it measured 7.75-8. And my side BPEL is steadily at 7.5-7.75 now. Maybe I just needed to rest my dick from the hanging trauma for a night before I measured acurately. But I am measuring my BPFSL when I wake up now, and it is at 8. So I think there is some improvment there, because before, I always struggled to maintain those measurments. And now I can measure the BPFSL the same every morning. Let’s give it another month at this routine. DAMN, I’m gonna be gone for 10 days over Christmas and I definitely can’t hang where I’m going. I’ll have to do manual stretches when I get the opportunity, and try to wear a couple weights when I get a chance.

I only wear 1-2 of Monty’s weights and it seems to work fine for me. I like being able to leave them on as long as possible. It’s not enough weight o deform the tissues anyway, so my opinion is just use enough o stay extended.
I hope 2 is enough, because that may be all I can manage to wear all the time over the holidays where I’m going-tight clothes, and shit. I’m waiting for Monty’s reply to that question as well-what the significance is between wearing less vs more.
