I was just wondering if you ever had this happen. My ligs are so fatigued from hanging all day that right now I am hanging 2.5 lbs BTC and feel it all the way into my lower abs. Did you ever have a time when a really low weight did the same to you? I think it’s great because as long as I can keep the ligs from recovering I can just hang with this ridiculously low weight and still keep the ligs stretched out :)

The reason I want your feedback is to determine if my thinking is sound on this- to be able to get away with the lowest weight possible and still stay stretched out. Today I could only do 2 sets of 10lbs. straight out, couldn’t even hang 7.5 so had to got to 5lbs. for maybe 4 sets BTC and am now on like my 5th set BTC with 2.5 lbs and am feeling an incredible stretch. Your feedback is appreciated.

You are one lucky guy if you can feel fatigue with 2.5lbs. I wouldn’t even realize I had weight attached with that little weight. Bib will chime in and give his expert opinion, but at long as you are getting fatigued, the amount of weight really isn’t important.

As long as you are getting good work, go for it. Just be aware of any PAIN, and stop immediately if you feel it.

Personally, I usually stopped if I could not hang one half of my max weight. This did not happen many times, and was usually late in the day. If you are dropping that much, that quickly, I think you are doing it right. As long as there is no pain, there should not be any problem continueing with 2.5 lbs.

Bigger. Yes I have realized some gains. From 9/8 until this AM (9/16) I am .25 of an inch longer- a little more but would rather under-report than over-report, and .375 EG at the base. I was looking at Sizes’ spreadsheet and I need to keep track at midgirth so I will do that tommorrow AM. I have been able to do 10 lbs BTC for only one full set of 20 min, so even though I start with 3/4/5 sets of 10 lbs straight out working towards the BTC position I consider my max weight 7.5 lbs.
