Ok I hardly post here but have been hanging 2 months now, been doing light pe since I registered here a year ago. I currently stretch with the bib hanger and use it more as a stretcher works same as a hanger but anyways. I currently use it 2 hours a day 6 days on 1 day off total = 12 hours a week. Well because of privacy concerns of mother maybe moving in with me. I am considering going to a 3 hour 5 day routine because at work I can use this for up to 2 hours a day as I am the last guy there for last 3 hours. So this routine would give up to 15 hours a week with 5 days on 2 days off.

I was thinking this might be better too because more hang time a week and more rest time. I say this because yesterday was my rest day and my god I could not sleep I had a Raging hard erection during the night that would not go away. I went to sleep around 11pm the hard on kicked in around 2am and woke me and lasted till about 6am on an off I drifted into consciousness to this harder than hard boner. I thought I was dreaming until I grasped it and squeezed yep rock hard and not dreaming.

I did not want to jerk off because my bed is new and new sheets I want to keep new lol. I usually jerk off in the shower to my massage shower head hehe. So you guys think a 5 day on 2 day off 15 hours total would be better than a 6 day on 1 day off 12 hour total? I will hardly consider doing 3 hours a day 6 days on 1 day off that’s too much for me. I do not get such severe night/morning wood like last night on my on days.

I posted this here because I cannot post in the hangers section yet I will probably go the 3 hour a day 5 day on 2 off see how it works. I so far have gained about 1/2”-5/8” in my 2 months of stretching with the bib. I started out with only 1 hour total a day first month then 2 hours a day second month. I do 20 min sets with 10 min rest between sets usually 2 in the morning 2 late mid day and 2 before bed with the 5day on 2 off I will just do 3 sets each session. I jelq after session 80 jelq and massage penis feels great. I only gained about .125 in my year of light inconsistent jelqing hehe. Thanks.

You can only do what you can do. If that is 5 days a week versus 6 days, so be it. You have already gained 1/2 inch or more in 2 months. Keep up the good work and let us know how your new schedule works out for you.

If you could somehow get just 1x set each on the off-days, you might find you’ll have better progress.

You know what I thought about that all night as I was sleeping that maybe 1-3 20 min sets on each rest day might help a bit more. I am gonna try this 9x20 sets spread out like this since my time is pretty much set in stone due to work schedule. I would do 3x20 sets in morning around 7-8am at home. At work I can do 3x20 sets around 4-5pm and at night I can do 3x20 sets around 10-11pm right before bed. I took new pics last night and measured it was my second rest day before starting new schedule and I measured slightly less than 6.25 bone pressed. This used to be 5.5 bone pressed girth went up very little if anything at all I am very excited. I will have to make a pics thread but I need to install photo editing program to edit out some background I don’t want in pic due to privacy reasons.

So anyways thanks for the support I will report on after my first week of new schedule this place rocks I will have to donate soon as I get some money.

Ok after one week of the new 3 hour a day 5day on 2 off routine I posted. I feel my erection quality increased but I have a side effect it seems. I get erect anytime I try and wrap before a stretch/hang and I cannot attach the hanger it seems after 2 rest days with no pe caused me to have much more erections. This can cause a problem as I can’t seem to go flaccid for the stretch and if I do during the stretch I become erect and it seems this might alter my progress. Anyone have any ideas masturbation before pe doesn’t do anything to curb erections hope I am not talking to myself here lol.

This can happens when you are on th edge of overtraining, IMHO. I think you get this raging erections because you are inflaming your smooth muscle - probably when you attach the hanger more blood is left in your penis than is generally adviced. My opinion (but I have to say I’m kinda an heretic on this matters) is that it isn’t bad at all; a certain degree of smooth muscle inflammation is good. Your gains are supporting this guess.

Now, how can you fix it? There are different ways:

1) change the way you attach your hanger, pushing out more blood than you are doing now;

2) take more rest days/do less sets;

3) use less weight.

The 2) options is better, IMO: as said, I think your symptoms means that you are on the edge of overtraining: a bit more, and you’ll probably get a firm flaccid and a lack of erections. A bit less, and your penis will recover, so you’ll have a stronger penis.

Finally, you could use less weight and augment frequence; IMHO, most of this supplementary working time would be not that useful, since you’ll be working only on the elastic range of deformation.

You should be glad, you are in the ‘growth zone’ I think.

Thanks maybe I will go back to 6x20 sessions again 5-6on 1-2 off will keep posted. Another quick question what is a firm flaccid like I have been hanging much better flaccid than before but it’s soft and spongy definitely thicker flaccid too.

That’s good as well: a better flaccid tends to ‘announce’ a bigger EL, if it’s clear what I mean; adversely, a firm flaccid is a not natural flaccid state, kinda like the penis is unable to achieve a real flaccid state and a real erect state - if ever you’ll get this condition, you’ll notice the difference.
