BTB is behind the balls. Also, you can jelq just in front of the balls and still remained wrapped. When you do this, you should be able to feel a rush of blood into the rest of your penis. Just do it for a few seconds to a minute.

Ten minutes at the end of a session is fine, but between sets, just a minute or two. Just enough to restore circulation.

All I can think of is you either still have too much blood in the head or upper shaft, you are not tightening enough, or you are using too much weight. Others have had good luck sending me pictures of their entire process. I have found a bunch of errors in guys techniques. If you wish, show me what you are doing and I will try to help.

What a device! I can see you put many, many hours into designing it. I had no problems at all, no loss of circulation, discomfort etc even though I used it as it came with no adjustments. I’ll make those adjustments as I learn how to use it more efficiently.

When I put on the weight the bib slide forward and stopped on what you have been calling the shoulder. The head was still visible. Perfect.<

That’s the way it usually works. Glad it did for you.

Well, the foot bone is connected to the….leg bone, etc. The abs connect to the pubic bone, and the ligs connect to the pubic bone. So, you will feel some stretch in the ligs when hanging at lower angles. Now, when you have got some good experience with hanging, try some ab crunches in the BTC position.

No, not yet. This is now your task, should you choose to accept it. Nothing fancy. But please, something a little better than stick drawings. When you get a rough draft ready, send it to me and I will critique it for errors. Then you can make the changes and we will sticky it in this forum.

i got the hanger a week ago, and was able to do 8 pounds with mostly no discomfort, well perhaps I am willing to put up with a bit of discomfort out of impatience, but mostly its ok. I thougt I would feel more soreness. I too have trouble knowing how to angle the hang. I dont know how to hang other than standing with the hanger on ( bouncing the weight a bit, or making circles with it), sitting with the hanger on, and between the cheeks. How does one hang over the shoulder? And the only weight I could find that would attach to an s hook was an ankle weight at Sports Chalet Store here in LA. It works ok as I can do the above hanging positions with no prob, and the ankle weight is made up of five two pound weights that can removed to make it lighter. But its not long enough for me to throw it over the shoulder. Any suggestions? thx

After reading on different angles of attack for hanging wouldn’t it be best to construct a system similar to how tents are made?

What I mean by this is use lightweight short tubes to form a structure you can sit within or use part of, allowing you to hook up to different tabs with crampons and pulleys. Construction and tear down will have to be simple and fast.
My idea is the whole system should be designed to fit in a case 1/2 the size of a small briefcase along with all the other PE devices/materials that we use on a daily basis The whole system will weigh 5 pounds or less.

Well when I hung many moons ago, for OTS (Over the shoulder), I used a beach towel and an old belt. I took the round weight and placed the belt through it. I looprf it hru to the lowest setting. That made the weight hold well. Then I draped it over my shoulder over top of a beach towel, That gave me the comfory to have it on as well as the extra length to hang it over my lanky torso and shoulder.

For OTL (over the leg) use the same methodology except place the old shirt or towel on your thigh. Throw the weight off the edge and let it hang off the bed or chair. It isn;t too hard. Either find an old belt or go to Goodwill, church thrift shops, or your local commercial thrift store and get it cheap. Have an awl (nothing more than a sharp pointed screw driver looking device and poke holes) to add holes for the buckle contraption. Remember to hang both left leg and right, that is two different angles.

The towel or shirt is for your own comfort and not having the hanger crease your leg and give you a sore feeling on your torso or leg.

I’ll try doing it BTB. Sounds very interesting. You gave me a good clue about maybe having too much blood in the head/shaft. I’m gonna try something tomorrow and see if it helps. I don’t have a digital camera or vid cam so I’ll just have to work this out for myself. Thanks for the tips as the’re always welcomed.
