Thanks for the info, never tried theraband, will have to give that a go, but it sure seems things are taking off now that I am finally hanging. Had a captians winch but that was just too frustrating to get perfect and the redi stretcher makes this a snap by comparison. Definitely is a testimony to being flexible in our approach and not being afraid to try something different when what we are doing is no longer working. Currently I use a rice sock for 10 minutes, then hang for 20 minutes keeping the rice sock between my legs so heat is still being applied while I hang.
I have it laying on my shaft between my legs, I have also noticed that I get a completely different pull on my unit when I stand up then when I am sitting so I try to do at least one of the 20 minute sets while standing. Then I do a couple minutes of rice sock again followed by 100 slow jelqs to restore circulation, rice sock for 10 minutes again and repeat this cycle for three sets. I have been gaining very quickly again doing this new routine after years of no gains and a lot of hard work and almost giving up entirely.
Thinking about adding my vacuum ads after the hang sets to make sure I remain in an elongated state while the healing occurs, haven’t been doing this, but going to add it now.
I don’t think it will hurt and I won’t be putting a ton of tension on that as I plan on wearing it for 4 hours or so after the hang session. But man I have earned every millimeter of growth I have, but its so funny that I have had such a huge gain in Girth, but have only focused on length…LOL.. funny how life is sometimes. But being flexible, finding what has worked for me and NEVER giving up has been the key for me. Hoping this helps others! Thanks guys for all your posts on here that have led to my gains! Amazing how my confidence has changed now that I am average instead of just small, can’t wait to be large, but already my partner is now making noise when we fuck and that never used to happen, music to my ears!
