Looks like, yes.

Also, I am following a low weight, slowly increasing routine which I didn’t’ during my first PE phase. Although, then I started with an extender and obtained 1 cm (0.4 inch) of initial length gains.

Sorry: Turtle neck is probably an incorrect term, what I mean is shaft thinning in response to lengthening.

At 4 kg painful blue swelling at the underside of my dick close to the glans. Same thing after a 2 deays break.

Restart yesterday with 2.5 kg without a problem. I will try to slowly add weight. (.25 / week).

How it’s possible that you’ve lost some girth?

BPEL:14.5cm NBP:12.5cm EG:11cm

1st GOAL: BPEL:16cm

I believe that its a consequence of the quite rapid initial length gains: longer with now volume change = loss of girth.

Or a less perfect erection at the last measurement.

Not sure.

Anyhow, I go with the length first, girth second concept. Once I reached my length goal I will target girth.

Are you going for 8X6?

How much actual hang time do you have per day? 3 x 1 hours = 9 sets per day? Do you use an ADS also?

8X6 would be nice, 8 seems possible, 6 not sure.

You seem to be progressing nicely, so I’m sure 8” is in sight if you’re able to continue as you are.

It does seem a bit odd to me that you’ve lost girth though. Since you’re measuring significant length gains, I assume you’re having good erections also. As far as I know, it seems like most people actually get girth gains from hanging. Not necessarily big gains of course.

Renholder, girth gains from hanging in my case (like most others) are at the base. Mid shaft unfortunately not.
