Sure.
I started PE in 2005 with a traction device, and after some moderate gains I switched to hanging. I proceeded in a totally subjective way, hanging in all possible angles and quickly increased the weight. At the same time, I added clamping and pumping and switched to vac hanging with the typical problems (blisters, permanent discoloration).
I believe that this unsystematic approach was responsible that I gained only 1” in length and 0.5” in mid schaft girth. My major gains where at the base (over 1”).
My sex life was incredible at that time and my gains had levelled off, so I quit in 2008.
Now I just started hanging straight down (attacking the ligaments) with just 5 pounds planning to increase the weight slowly over time and maintaining the angle until the gains will eventually stop. After that I will change to straight up and continue a straight down maintainance routine. At this time I want to follow Blink 2000’s hanging 101.
However, his post is not quite recent and I am wonderingwhether newconceptshavecome up since.
