The methods are -vacuum ring, vacuum ring/compress sleeve, soft and hard sealing sleeve. These are the exact same words MB mailed me. He said that the hanger can support different weight depending on the method used. :)

Hah, well, hopefully someone else would see this is a good deal and get it. I bought it for 116$ (16 shipping) and am selling it for 70$- I am selling it for 46$ less than I bought it for.. :)

Just thought I would mention this here. I’ve been doing a couple 20 min sets of hannging with the Vac4 hanger with 5.75 lbs. The extender applies a force of 3.3 lbs. Maybe it’s the weight but hanging is a different feeling. At higher weights, I’m not sure the pull on the glans you feel would be tolerable for long. However, and this is why brought this up here, if you do some wrap over the compression sleeve and attach it so it is able to pull from there also, it might be more effective and tolerable.
Makes me wonder- is there something about the Bib putting a crushing force on the tunica to get a grab stimulating growth or is a pull a pull and that’s all that matters?

I heavily wonder if bib’s compressing hanger yield much more girth gains than the vachanger.

Take a look at the Vac 4 on the autoextender.com. I use it without the extender. Just hook the Dring on the cap up to the weight. Same thing as the Vac 3, just different cap.

On that page is the Modified VacExtender 4. Just use the cap with the metal ring, the black thing with the little hose, and blue sleeve. Forget the white thing in the picture. That’s all you need.

Price fell down to 70$.

Vacuum hangers are way better in my opinion, I’ve tried the clamp-style hangers before and I’ve never figured out how to wrap and things like that. Bib has always claimed he gained 4.5” length and 2” girth if I remember correctly yet he never has any proof, never post any instructions pictures/videos on how to hang properly, instead of that he used a lot of WORDS and explainations to decribe the technique, something fishy was going on if you know what I mean. His 11,5” x 6.5” penis is like…eh… invisible.
