Should I jelq after I use the bib hanger?

I’m using the bib hanger for 20 minutes 3 sets. And I’m taking a 10 minute break with a heat pad. After those 3 sets should I do a 20 minute jelq? Is a day on day off program work good? Thanks.

You should jelq some after hanging to restore complete circulation. I did, but not very hard or very erect.
