Should i stop pumping if i just started hanging?

I have been pumping since january, 3x5min with bathmate, with jelq between sets. I just started hanging after giving up extending after 140 hours.
On the main pumping thread its recommended that you dont do anything “advanced” if you just stared hanging, but there are many threads where people said they are doing both (or some other advanced exercise).

What is your opinion? Should i stop pumping? So far I feel good but its only my 9th hanging session with 2.2 pounds so i dont think im really stressing my dick at this time, but i imagine it will get more intense as i increase the weight.
I did reduce the pumping from 3day on 1 day off to 1 day on 1 day off (pumping is 3days on 1 day off with the off day just being one 20min set)

Best results are to stick to one method at a time.


Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth
