Silicon sleeve question

Im new to hanging I was hanging for 1 week without silicon sleeve , i bought two today and i wanna know if after my 20 mins i can leave the sleeve on for those minutes of resting

People use silicone sleeves in many different ways while hanging. What hanger are you using, and how are you using your silicone sleeve?

The primary thing that you want to do during the break between sets is restore the circulation in your penis. That is usually easier to do if you take the equipment off and massage your penis to restore the blood flow.

Does the sleeve cut off the circulation i dont really want to take off the sleeve and about the hanger is a homemade hanger with shoe lace haha inspired in zen hanger you can google it :)

That all depends on the silicone. There are squishy ones that are comfortable and there stiff ones that begin to irritate the skin after wearing a while ( even if circulation is good ). Only you can determine that.
I used to use a fairly squishy one, not real stiff to wear at night for anti turtling. Over time it got to loose and had to be replaced.

Anything that is tight enough to effect circulation should be worn that long. Example: I have a few pieces are tight as well as thicker than the squishy one mentioned and I can only wear them for an hour or so, sometimes less. I mainly use these to keep my weights on.

Third: I don’t use silicone for hanging, my preference. But if I were to, as I have tried, I prefer a thin piece of silicone ( most are thicker ) that is real tacky to the touch.

So anyway, There are many ways and reasons to wear and use sleeves. And there are many types of sleeves. Sometimes you have to try a few of them.

What is your reason for the sleeve?
On a vacuum cup using heavy weight I think the LG sleeve is the best option.

As an anti-turtle sleeve I loved the old AB Silicone but they are gone so now use a silisleev.

Aliexpress has a few different kinds, quality is all over the place and it takes 2-4 weeks to arrive.

They are expensive but the best quality that I know of is from LGhanger and it’s at on your pecker in a few days.
