Hi All,

Looking for some advice from compression hanging vets.

As an uncut guy is there any way to avoid excessive stretching of the skin on your shaft when compression hanging? I have been vac extending and hanging for 9 months and have 3/4” gains which I’m very happy with. But the last 3 months gains more or less stopped so a month ago I decided to add compression hanging to the mix for variation, time effieiency and to hopefully get over the plateu. Well it seems to be working which I’m excited about as I am prettty sure on one of the next monthly measurements I will achieve 1”.

BUT. I’m also noticing that when errect I have way more foreskin coverage than I used to. Before I started PE the foreskin would be completely retracted with a 100% errection. Now he foreskin is pretty much still covering the glans when errect. Is this just the price you pay for gains becasue the skin is easier to stretch than the tunica and suspensory ligament? Is there any way to avoid it or reverse it?

I wouldn’t trade in the gains, but I for sure would prefer not to have foreskin coverage when errect.

Pull your foreskin well back before you wrap and hold it back until you have a good wrap in place.

It’s an art form to ensure you have a good wrap and attachment. With compression hanging you have to stretch some skin at the start but once you get past this stage it can be avoided.

As memento says pull the skin back at the start, it should still cover the glans but the loose extra skin should be between the wrap and your base. Every pass of the wrap you should pull the skin down towards the base to ensure it stays there. Then make sure the hanger is tight enough not to slide.

Two tests I always do when I first put the weight on the hanger. Press the glans to ensure there is not too much pressure from having too much blood in there. Ensure there is still loose skin between wrap and penis base.

It is possible just takes time to get it correct

OK can try this but in every photo and tutorial of how to wrap and hang the foreskin always looks to be covering the glans.

Have tried this but this really does add several degrees of difficulty to the wrapping and getting a good attachment. If either the wrap isn’t really tight and not all the spare skin is at the base then the remaining foreskin will slip or roll towards the glans once weight is aplied. Obviously I still need to practice getting this right.

The only way to stop the foreskin sliding forward is to ensure that the hanger is gripping onto the meat of the shaft itself. A lot of older advice is about getting a grip on the ‘internals’ of the CCs, but what I’ve found is that you need a certain amount of blood trapped in them (NOT the head) in front of the hanger.

I too believe that some blood is needed in front of hanger. I tried to tighten insanely tight with all blood removed and never could get bib’s hangers to stay. But when some blood is in front of hanger it stays. Like manual stretching there is blood in glans and that allows grip.

For the life of me I can’t get this to work. Like you, if I pull the foreskin back all it does is slip out and cover my head again and off. The compression hanger goes because of the sliding of skin. I use all of the bandage that came with the total man kit, which is about 1 m in length. I will use that entire length to add additional girth because my penis is not very girthy. Underneath. I have the silicon sleeve. Now. Mike from totalman says that when you apply the compression hanger tool, you do not want the tool to be completely flush with the screws in place because that means you do not have enough girth and run the risk of the compression hanger sliding off. Well that’s why I use the entire 1 m of bandage. And I’ve never been able to get the compression hanger to be completely flush. What happens? However, is that I do feel some slight pain inside my penis because of how tightly I have the compression hanger on me. So if I need to loosen it then of course it falls off. So it is almost definitely that I have it on as humanly tight as possible. And even with that, all I’m doing is stretching the skin and my penis isn’t stretching at all.

Honestly don’t think this thing was designed for me in mind because my penis to begin with is already too small in both length and girth that I can’t see any results.

I’ve honestly been doing PE since January of 2022 and I started with the vacuum hanger but due to injuries stemming from blisters I stopped doing that and started doing compression hanging. As of January until as of this writing, I have zero gains. At least zero measurable gains.
