Cabezon, yeah man definitely. You can check my thread on bibs forum, I have something like a journal there. I can confirm even now the usefulness of the three tests. I have hung the last 45 days straight 2;20 hours per day only RSDT fulcrum hanging and my lot is slightly raised as well as my penis exit point. My penis exit point was high when I first started PE then it became low from the amounts of lig work that I did(BTC hanging) and now it is raising because of the heavy tunica hanging that I am doing. And the best thing is that I am gaining NBPEL. Its the hobby’s see saw effect. You do lig work to lower your penis exit point then once you exhaust your lig gains potential you start tunica work with high angles OTS, so with fulcrums. This raises the lot and the penis exit point. Also it stretches the inner and outer penis which results in longer inner ( and outer penis ) when you do the palpation test.
I guess I will hit a plateau when I get my penis exit point too high. My rsdt fulcrum hanging will engage the ligaments a lot and I wouldn’t be able to get good tunica stretch and fatigue. And I will get back to BTC hanging. Stretch out the ligs again and repeat the process ;)
The good thing with the lig gains in my experience is that they come fast but they aren’t very visible. When I gain size from ligament stretch most of it is BPEL and not that much NBPEL. Its the opposite when I do tunica work, I get NBPEL gains more then BPEL gains.
