Standing Vs Sitting and head pressure

Just a small curiousity that sits on the mind - wonder if others expirience this….?

While standing hanging straight down - head pressure builds relitively quickly, to the point of having to rest every 10 minutes or so.
While sitting hanging straight down with the same weight - head pressure builds relitively slowly, and 20 minute sets are not such a problem.

And a second question - do you think there are any disadvantages to sitting as opposed to standing? Seeming the legs are in a different position…..

I always sit but now that you mention it I’m going to give standing a try.

While standing, you usually - unless the ligs and tunica are longer than one another - stretch both at the same time…

Sittin focuses more on the - i’m pretty sure - tunica…so there really aren’t any disadvantages, you are just stretching different parts. Hope this helps..?
