I wanted to toss in a few more ideas for those of us who are just getting things rolling.

I just got my hands on some Theraband latex ribbon for the first time. I have to say the difference is like night and day. I was using a thin vinyl before over a cotton jersey under-wrap. The difference is 10-fold. The wrap is tight, even and comfortable and does not slip once taped in place. Once the hanger is on the pull is even and firm and the weight is distributed all over the shaft instead of where the hanger bunches the skin up at the head. I also notice that there is less tug at the sides where the hanger contacts the shaft. Now the tug is even all around the shaft. Hardly any slide either as I ease on the weight.

I can really feel it now. I mean really feel it. I am stepping back on my weight as I think I was hanging mostly on skin before and my ligs and tunica can’t handle it yet.

If you do not have some of this stuff, get some. In my opinion this is not longer optional, but a personal requirement of mine. I had no idea how important this part was and had not heard anyone mention its importance.

Not surprised Theraband is better :) The hangers had to experiment with all kinds of stuff before choosing Theraband.

I have always recommended concentrating on length first until you have reached your goal, then switching to girth exercises. I believe that the larger girth you have the harder it is so stretch.

Possibly, because with girth work you are expanding as much as you can, yet while hanging the same tissues you just expanded are at the thinnest they will ever be. So if there were microtears from the girth work they would begin to heal while compressed together.

I don’t understand what you mean. After hanging or after girth work?

Ah I think I see what you mean. Do you mean the natural swell you get such as having a thicker flaccid size after doing girth work? If so this supports what I say above - you are ‘squashing’ the tissues together, which removes the expansion you would have had.

Also, girth PE can make the shaft sore and cause problems with hanging (soreness particularly)

I would say the optimal weight will vary between people, and it will change as you do more PE and the tissues get stronger.

I do not know the mechanics of it. I had gotten this advice when I found the PE sites, (it was phat9 who told me I believe), and having experienced great pain when hanging with the foreskin back I decided to take that advice!

If you mean the wrap falls off or slides down the shaft then it is too loose. If you mean the wrap stays on but slides forward during hanging the hanger is too loose.

I did change my routine 01 day Girth & 01 day Hanging.

It seems more comfortable for me.

As my understanding, our Length Gaining mainly come from microtears (as myself LOT 7:30 no hope for LiG stretch right?)
So could you advise where is the best position for attached Hanger: Mid_shaft or Base or as far as possiple to Glan?

I am having a hell of a time with my foreskin as well so I’m back with the old loop again. I know it’s not the best solution but so far I can hang 20 min sets with 9 lbs and no problems. I try to squeeze some blood into the head and then I wrap with a type of sock material. With this mechanic I also get like an Uli effect in my head.

I tried a home made bib type hanger but tended to pull to much skin and it was not comfortable at all.

Right know I’m trying different solutions and hope to come up with something better soon.

I don’t think leaving blood in your head is wise. (By the way, usually if someone clamps or uli’s, he does it for no more than 10 min each set). Another thing, when you leave blood in the glans, you automatically leave blood in the foreskin and big veins that are located in the foreskin. This can easily lead to thrombosis. Be careful, man.

That’s your choice to make of course, but personally I would not do girth exercises until I had gained as much length as I wanted.

I always put the hanger an inch behind the glans, but invariably it would slide to the shoulders of the head (that annoyingly hard to describe yet comfortable hanging position) at high weights.

Please, don’t do that. I know we all want gains but seriously, if your having problems hanging with a proper hanger it’s preferable to injuring the nerves of the penis and becoming impotent for LIFE. The loop puts high pressure directly on the delicate nerves. Key words here being HIGH, PRESSURE, DELICATE. Don’t damage yourself in desperation. Fix the problems you are having with a more suitable hanger.

So far. Doesn’t matter how many sets you have done or think you can handle with the loop of death, it only takes 1 bad set to ruin your sex life forever. Why gamble when the loop is not even the most optimal hanger in terms of the amount of weight it can handle.

Please consider a career as a stunt man or daredevil. “And for my next trick, I will hang with a loop while doing an uli for 20 minutes!”. Please stop this! A little blood in the head is ok, and IME preferable, but not an uli effect. That is very very very bad with weight hanging. Some people have used weight with the uli thing (Bib was one), but I don’t recall anyone using 9 pounds. Please stop!

More details please. What kind of Bib?

If money is no object there is no substitute for a Bib IMO, if you are unable or unwilling to purchase one then there are some really innovative designs available. The Wench is supposedly very good, Piet has a good hanger, Tom Hubbard has one, and some other people but these are the first to come to mind.
