Hey ya, I’ve just started hanging last night and am wondering what weight will be ideal. I’m not much of one to go slowly through this process, probably why I took two years off because of having no gains, so i’m wondering what weight I should start off with. But I definetely do not want to slow down or hinder my overall total gains. I did PE for about 2 years and gained about 1 1/2 inches, now 2 years later I’m picking it back up because I’m enthused about what hanging will do for me. I’m wondering if i should start at a little higher weight since I’ve allready made this progress. Also, I did three sets of 20 min with 5 lbs. last night and am not sore or fatigued at all. Thanks for the help. This site kicks major ass! Probably the only reason I’ll get an even bigger penis.

Stick with your 5 pounds for the rest of the week, and re-evaluate then. If you still thik you need more, increase by 1 or 2 pounds per week until you reach your max.

I am a newbie and a newbie hanger. I have also been hanging 5 lbs for about 2 weeks. It is always very easy and comfortable, and I never feel any fatigue. So you guys think it is ok to up weight within reason on a weekly or biweekly basis?

Yes, but go up no more than 1-2 lbs per week. One per week would be better. At some point, you will hit the weight that causes fatigue, and your soft tissues will be conditioned to handle it.

Thank you Bib. I just went up 1.25 lbs tonight and could definitely feel a difference, but still didn’t feel the fatigue everyone speaks of. I will still take it slow though.
