Starting hanging weight
Hey ya, I’ve just started hanging last night and am wondering what weight will be ideal. I’m not much of one to go slowly through this process, probably why I took two years off because of having no gains, so i’m wondering what weight I should start off with. But I definetely do not want to slow down or hinder my overall total gains. I did PE for about 2 years and gained about 1 1/2 inches, now 2 years later I’m picking it back up because I’m enthused about what hanging will do for me. I’m wondering if i should start at a little higher weight since I’ve allready made this progress. Also, I did three sets of 20 min with 5 lbs. last night and am not sore or fatigued at all.
