That would be excellent, because you have a wealth of knowledge in hanging. Unfortunately without a demonstration, I am not as quick to process it in my mind.

Do you really think the penis can be ripped from the body doing BTC? I obtained all of my gains from lower angle and BTC hanging.

I’m a hunter and if your going to separate the penis from anything you grab it pull it down and cut it along the ligament structure.

Oh, you can get some gains from BTC there is no doubt but you’ve probably sacrificed some erection posture because of stretching the top side of the ligaments predominately.

Yes, my penis now hangs down. But to be honest with you, it’s better than what I started with!

I DO wish you had something visual for your pulley system and positions. Can you share your routine?

Pulley system? I don’t have one.

All I use is an anchor at crotch level which I hook a Bungee cord onto and then the other end hooks to my hanger. Step back against the pull until I reach the stress weight I want and then you can twist the hips and do all kinds of things.

Advantage is, from this position (SO), the erection angle is not affected.

Another big advantage is if you want to do less weight then just step forward a few inches. Do some fulcrums or whatever then just step back and your at full stress level again. No messing around with weights, cords or any of that stuff.

The only thing you have to get in preparation is a way to measure the stress level. What I do is attach a tape measure to the Bungee then create a chart showing what weight is applied at a particular length.

How do you correlate distance with weight?

I have a method to hang weights and correlate to length then create a chart to reflect the results.

If you want to apply 5 pounds of force, simply hang something that weighs 5 pounds on one end of the bungee cord and measure the length that the cord stretches to. Then remove the weight, attach it to your hanger attachment and a fixed point and pull it out to that same measured distance to apply the same 5 pounds of force.

No matter what angle you pull, as long as you pull it to that same length it will be 5 pounds of force.

Measure items of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 pounds, etc. to fill in your “chart” with corresponding lengths for the bungee cord.

An alternative to a separate chart could be a solid rope or ribbon permanently attached at the fixed end of the bungee with markings on it at the various lengths of each weight on the other end… then you can quickly check and maintain your force without too much effort or thought.

Another idea I don’t recall hearing much about and not yet had the opportunity to try is putting a luggage scale or small fishing scale between the fixed point and the hanger. Should give you a fairly accurate gauge of the force being applied. There are small cheap analog ones out there and a throwing a little more money at it will get you one with a digital readout. I really don’t know if its worth spending money on it since you can gauge it for free in the method above but some of you manly fishermen or travellers might already have one laying around. :)
