steps in gaining tunica length

Wondering what is the steps, so to speak when gaining length hanging mostly for the tunica.

For example:
BPSL, FL, BPEL, NBPEL, etc. In other words, what would one typically see 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.

I guess the jury is still out on this one. :D

Who knows, I doubt if a jury would accept that case.
