I finally got the theraband today. It didn’t help with the Grip as much as I’d hoped. Maybe once I got more used to wrapping with the Theraband it might go smoother.

I doubt I’ll be using the Grip much more though…. after building and trying tryn4more’s homemade Bib design. It works fantastic! Unbelievably comfortable at 15 lbs… feels like I could wear more, but I’m leaving it at that today for safety’s sake.

Look into building one yourself… it took me a couple of tries, but it’s well worth the effort!

Thanks Johnny, for now the Grip is working prety well for me, maybe later when I go heavier I’ll have to look for alternatives. Right now I’m waiting for a pump I’ve ordered and see if I can produce decent vacuum in that chamber… because that bulb-pump that came with the Grip is a joke!

Use the hose and pull the vacuum with your mouth. I get a very strong one that way. The bulb is truly a joke.

I tried that already… I guess my suction power is subpar, I’d rather attach a decent pump to said hose; this way I have total control since the pump has a pressure gauge.

Works great, I love it. Be carefull though, if you’re using a pump without a gauge it’s very easy to overdo it; being that the grip’s chamber is so small just one pump and my gauge reads 8-9Hg which is already too much, you should stay around 5. Try it, I think you’ll like it, it’s like a “two for the price of one” - you’re hanging and pumping your glans at the same time - go mushroom head, go!

Do you get any kind of blistering on your glans?

One thing we can do with the Grip is V-stretches, which feel like you’ve increased the weight beyond what the Grip can handle. I can’t find the link, but it’s here somewhere.

Blistering? Not really… the actual opening of the urethra (those tiny lips) gets a little swollen and the upper 1/3 of the glans also swells and hardens a little too. If left alone they both go away in a couple of hours, but if you jelq and uli they’re gone in about 30 minutes.

How do you do the v-stretches with the grip? Please elaborate.

That’s what I meant. It’s not a serious blister, just some swelling.

Like, put on the Grip with weight, lie down on your back and hang the weight off the end of a table or bench. Then put a fulcrum of some sort, like your finger, under your shaft about mid-way, and slowly pull it up. I feel more tension at the base when I do.

The idea was posted on EZboard/PEforum, but I can’t find it at the moment.

Thanks for clearing that out, I’ll try those at one point, right now I’m mostly into the BTC thing - by far the most effective position, at least for me, it takes me less weight and time to reach fatigue. But I also like to experiment… for example has anybody tried already to flex their abs while doing the BTC? (I hope I’m not inventing the wheel here…) Anyway it’s not a crunch, actually it doesn’t involve movement at all, it’s an isometric contraction, yet something will move a little… yup you guessed right, it’s your penis with all the weight hanging off it. If that doesn’t stress your ligs, probably nothing will.

I was just picking up on this thread of many months ago and I was wondering if you guys could tell me the kind of length gains you got with the grip. I have been using the penistretcher for about a year and a half and I’ve gotten about an inch of erect gains, but I want more.

I ordered about 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten yet. I called and they assured me it is on the way.

Do you guys use the knee strap, and if so is it very visible under pants?

What suggestions do you have for me, I have never hanged. Only stretch.

I am a pumper, would i pump first or after hanging?

Also, I am uncut is this going to be a problem?

Do uncut guys have more of a problem with hanging, or well, with the exercises in general?
