1) I believe the general consensus is some people gain base girth while hanging since that area is stressed more to support the hanging weight.

2) It depends on many variables. If you’re hanging for 6 months, gain 0.5” and then take a year off, I’d assume you’d lose most if not all of that if you didn’t cement the gains or perform any maintenance. However if you’ve been hanging for 10 years and gained 3”, I don’t think you’d lose all of it taking a year off.

This is just my 2 cents from a beginner.

I already knew about 2) but would like to have some experiences from other guys. Just a few data points to enrich my understanding.

I side with the camp of no rest days, but we all have lives to live outside of PE.

On the days when I’m traveling or with someone so I can’t hang, I do manual stretches or use an ADS and so far it seems to definitely maintain the “hanging momentum” as it keeps my penis stretched out. Manual for more intense exercises as similar to hanging as possible and ADS for a consistently stretched out penis.

But 1-2lb means that you did not stretch your member fully (100%), right?

That would mean, that its not necessary to pull to 100% to create permanent growth in BPEL.

I can tell you that I’ve tried to do extending with 1Ib and gains were zero after 100h. Then I tried with 2 - 3Ib, but mostly 2 over 500h and I’ve gained a half inch in length.

I believe that I can gain another inch because I haven’t done any hardcore stuff.

I also believe in decon breaks because all of my gains were after them.

It’s been 2 years since I’ve done any PE, so maybe I should go for another 0.5” in length.

But still:
At 2-3 lb your penis was not really at 100% stretch, was it?

I think that you can stretch it at 100%, but I don’t think it’s necessary.

You should try with 2Ib, and if you don’t gain 100h try with one more pound. You should try this heating pad.

As an experienced hanger, generally the rule for ads isn’t “how much tension” I used a para cord for my ads.

The rule is what ever helps leave it in a extended state to avoid the awful turtling that can happen. There was a scientific article about ligaments and I can’t find the link on this site right at this moment but it was amazingly informative. Any who after a while no matter the weight you enter a refractory period( fancy word of penis retraction to protect itself) the higher the weight the quicker you enter this state.

Hence time under tension with low weight wins. So an ads just leaves the penis stretched with as little tension as possible to heal extended. If you hang heavy most people enter the retracted state by the time they are ready for ADS.

If you are extending, which follows the time under tension, you just need a slight stretch that’s comfortable and you almost forget it’s there. If you are using more than you are extending, then it’s possible to make the extender become ineffective because the ligaments adapt and become stronger because you encouraged the refractory period hence why people talk about strengthening their ligament

I have a pad already and if the USB has no additional advatages, I think I don need another one.
I thought I might get deeper into the tissue as a normal one.

For extender use:
What kind of cap for the head did u use?
I find it hard to use it for hours, but then the cap often slip a bit.

This most recent .5” gain happened below 6 lbs of weight being hung from my LG 3hrs/day and using super low tension on my ADS so I still have a lot to go as I intend to work my way up to 3 hrs a day at 15 lbs before taking another year break for decon and then I will keep repeating this until I hit my desired length. Right now I am shooting for 7.5” but I may increase that in time, who knows!?

Since everyone always asks for routines, here is mine.

I hang every morning for 1.5 hrs with the LG and then slap on my ADS for 2-6 hours. I then hang in the afternoon for 1.5 hrs and as long as it isn’t too late will again slap on my ADS for a few hours before going to sleep. I never add more than a lb per week and generally keep at the same weight for 2-3 weeks before adding weight. As I get into higher weights, I will increase the dwell time between weight increases. Slow and steady wins the race, no need to get a strong ass dick super fast so I am super slow with weight increases and it is proving to be beneficial.

Getting a bigger dick is simple. It may not be easy, but it is simple. Slow, steady, consistent! Just keep with it and keep learning and you will win!

I used something I got from ebay a long time ago. It looks like a cone with a small metal bit on it to connect to and you place a soft rubber tube over it and your penis to keep traction on. I no longer hand or use an ADS and my permanent gains were about 1”. I am now going to just focus on pumping for further length and girth gains.
