The Key To Getting Gains Consistently

So I just hit 1.5” gained almost exclusively from using the LG hanger but most recently from using the LG and an ADS at super low tension (1-2lbs) just to keep things extended while it heals. I have pictures documenting my first inch of gains in my progress thread and will update with pictures for the 1.5” of total BP gains.

I see a lot of people struggling with gains and claiming that PE doesn’t work, so I wanted to throw my two cents in there and let people know what works for me. Slow, steady and consistent.

This is what works for me and what I have seen work for many many other people. There are a million different methods to gaining length, some may be better than others but the one constant is increasing intensity slowly, remaining steady when gains are happening at lower intensity and staying consistent over long periods of time. This most recent .5” gain happened below 6 lbs of weight being hung from my LG 3hrs/day and using super low tension on my ADS so I still have a lot to go as I intend to work my way up to 3 hrs a day at 15 lbs before taking another year break for decon and then I will keep repeating this until I hit my desired length. Right now I am shooting for 7.5” but I may increase that in time, who knows!?

Since everyone always asks for routines, here is mine.

I hang every morning for 1.5 hrs with the LG and then slap on my ADS for 2-6 hours. I then hang in the afternoon for 1.5 hrs and as long as it isn’t too late will again slap on my ADS for a few hours before going to sleep. I never add more than a lb per week and generally keep at the same weight for 2-3 weeks before adding weight. As I get into higher weights, I will increase the dwell time between weight increases. Slow and steady wins the race, no need to get a strong ass dick super fast so I am super slow with weight increases and it is proving to be beneficial.

Getting a bigger dick is simple. It may not be easy, but it is simple. Slow, steady, consistent! Just keep with it and keep learning and you will win!

I love your philosophy. My current research confirms this and I want to do it exactly the same after my Phallosan experiment.

LG Hanger + Phallosan as an ADS should work with low intensity.

At what weight did you start hanging and how quickly did you get to the 6 lbs?

E.g. Let us say I start with 2-3lbs and hang for 1h/day, after a short beginning phase for 2h/day.

How would you personally progress for optimal, steady gains?

100%!

The little research that has been done on PE points to time under tension wins vs amount of tension. Plus I think with the LG, you don’t “waste” weight with skin stretch.

Slow, steady consistent and you will get there!

How long did it take to gain 1.5”. Keep on going brother don’t stop you are about to reach your goal.

So combined the use of a hanger and an ads is a good way to take good gains.

I’m starting with hanging, at the moment I’m doing 30min/1h per day with max 1000gr . I wear an ADS for 7/10h each day and usually I use to do manual stretching and bathmate.

I’m wondering about the combined use and the variable of time and weight.

Been at it for about 4 years now off and on. The crazy thing is that total time of doing PE within those 4 years is probably 1.5 years. I am a BIG believer in decons. I generally work hard and constant for 6 months or more and then just stop everything for a year and then repeat. I am gaining this time just as fast as I did the first time, maybe even faster since I know PE so well at this point, which is insane.

Hi Rick, are you saying you hang for 1.5hrs at a time without a break or do you do sets?

Just ordered my LGhanger, too ;-D.
Im so thrilled haha.
Couple questions since it will only arrive in 3-4 weeks in Europe:
1) did you gain any girth from hanging alone? Because I want to gain only length preferably.
2) When you take one year off, do you really not loose size?
I would imagine you loose some of the gains at least.
