The key to gains

The key to gains

Is the key to gains doing light exercise routines?

I ask this because every time I try a new routine I’ll dive right in at the deep end and go full throttle, and I always end up not gaining. I don’t know what makes me do this, i feel like if i don’t go to extremes I wont gain. But on the other hand I am afraid of doing light routines because I think I am wasting my time.

What do most people gain from a light or heavy routine?

Also I am going for length and I don’t seem to have much luck with length exercises. Do you think if i changed my exercises to girth exercises it might bring forth lenght gains.
Just an idea, do you think it could work?

I’m not sure what the “key” is, but I found that I gained by slowly increasing intensity of my exercises and time spent doing them over time. I started out very easy, doing light reps for 10 minutes or so. Every week or two, I would increase the effort and time by about 30%. After a couple of months of this, I started seeing some good gains.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

I think it doesn’t matter what other people do, it’s YOUR schlong, not mine and if I gained while hanging 50 pounds off my dick that doesn’t mean you will, everybody’s different!

If your penis is too conditioned by doing such heavy routines with no gains, take a break and restart with a fresh newbie routine, don’t pull so hard on it when you restart, and I really suggest manual stretching if you aren’t already doing it..
Focus more on ligaments when you restart meaning Straight Down stretches and Behind The Cheeks stretches cause that’s an excellent source for gains, but without full force, go gentle on it.. Sometimes if you go too hard your body replies by healing in the SAME state, because it wasn’t done right, the dick retracts after a session and all that shit..

Oh and continue to jelq, it’s great for girth, you should increase/decrease the intensity if needed, what you’re after is a post workout puffed penis!

Anyways, I wish you good luck, keep pullin’!

The key to gains is consistent effort over a long period of time.

Thanks for the reply’s guy’s and the sound advice ‘qwerty’ im going to try and take a lighter approach and be consistant.

Is it true that you can not achieve real gains ( 1+ inch) with only manual exercises ( no ADS, hanging etc) ?

The Secret to quot;The Keys to Gainsquot;

As a newbie here I’m going to take the risk of pissing off many of the learned and long standing members of the forum by giving away the secret to “The Key to Gains”

How have I earned the right to claim to know that secret? By making just about every freakin’ mistake possible with PE (short of surgery and steroids) over the last 14 years. I’ve paid my dues and earned my say so here’s the secret.

“PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR DICK IS TELLING YOU!” (I know about the posting guidelines Thunder but it was capitalize it or repeat it 100 times)

That’s it boys plain and simple, and trust me that’s the only simple thing about it.

Ultimately each one of us is on our own on this journey. Your age, your physical condition, the health of your blood vessels, the uniqueness of your own dick, your diet, your job, your stress level, your genetics, the other PE techniques you done in the past, they all make your situation at any given time unique. Nobody can create a PE plan that will work for everybody all the time. You can’t even create one for yourself that will work all the time.

So what to do. Here’s some hard learned advice. Try something that seems to work for lots of people, like the newbie routine. But don’t just do it blindly, pay attention to how your dick responds, pay attention to how it feels right after you’re done and then how it looks and feels the next day when you wake up. If you’re getting gains great, if it doesn’t seem to be doing much but your dick feels good and it feels like something might be happening tweak the routine a little. If it’s not working at all, don’t quit, try something different.

When you start this adventure you’re going to have to learn a lot about your dick, plain and simple. That takes time and patience but it provides you the information to move forward. Also bear in mind that what worked for you last month may stop getting you gains this month. If you’ve been paying attention to what’s been going on with your dick you may get a sense of what you need to change but that sense takes time and dedication to develop.

I know everybody says that our dicks aren’t muscle. I’m not going to argue because I really haven’t figured out exactly what the hell is going on down there and how it all works together. Some of you may get great gains just sticking with a simple routine. For some of you it may be just like in body building where you need to mix it up and hit your dick from a number of directions with some stretching, some jelqing, some pumping, some hanging. The point is nobody can tell you how to do this. They can tell you what’s worked for them. They can tell you what device or pill is a rip off. They can warn you if they’ve done something that’s caused them damage but ultimately all you can do is keep trying until you find what works for you.

In a sense we’re all pioneers because so little research has been done in the field. We don’t even really know what the long term effects may be. For me, so far so good. No matter what happens in the future I wouldn’t trade the dick I have now for the one I had before I started PE, now way, no how.

I hope that helps some of you to not get discouraged, just understand in this venture there is nothing that is “one way fits all.” No matter what anybody tries to tell you differently.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Sparkyx, is that you? :)

Everything mentioned here is valid.

However, the key for me is also maximising a workout. By that I mean I focus on the workout, making sure I feel every stretch and focus on my jelqs. Sure I have off days, but my objective is to feel “worked” after every PE session.

I am noticing I’m having to increase what I’m doing to get that feeling, but I assume that is a good thing.

It’s a normal thing. When you reach the point of ‘too much time and effort with no return’, take a deconditioning break and start all over again.

I’ve often talked about ‘becoming the penis’ when doing PE. It is very important.
