Theraband and Wrapping

A number of the big-name sporting goods stores carry it. Many sell variety packs which is nice if you want experiment with different thicknesses.

One thing that I don’t see mentioned very often is that Theraband comes in latex and non-latex versions. There is a considerable difference in feel and consistency. Latex is the most common and what most guys are using for hanging.

I’m tried hanging with just the Therabrand, but it digs into the back of the head for me. When I use cotton underneath the therabrand, the wrap goes a little over my head. Don’t know why that is.

Also, my hanger keeps turning/twisting all the time. Any ideas how to stop this?

I’m using a Bib Starter by the way.

Thanks guys. I got some Theraban at a Rehabilitation clinic. They only had the black (like a dark dark charcoal grey color). The silver (light grey color) was sold out. He showed me the sample and I could tell the silver is a lot thicker. You think I’ll be alright with this black, or should I just get the silver/grey when they get it in?
