Hi everyone!
I tried searching through the forums, but I wasn’t able to find any information about making your own hanger using just a Theraband. I’ve been doing PE and realized I had a few Therabands lying around. Are there any forums with pictures or step-by-step guides as to how making an effective and comfortable hanger out of a Theraband?
Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"
[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"
Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"
