Hanging- theraband wrap, or theraband tubing

Which do people use and prefer? For that matter, which thickness/colour banding seems to be the most popular amongst hangers?

The wrap works well, if you want to save some cash just cut the waistband of a pair of Jockeys to facilitate the wrapping fabric. Works just as well and who does not have a pair of shorts to sacrifice for the effort.
