Considering Hanging Need Advice
I’m still reading through the basic hanging threads so these aren’t really technical questions.
Ok so I’ve been PEing for about 2.5 months. My routine includes a few things but specifically for length I’m up to about 25 minutes of manual stretching. I am finding manual stretches to be more and more difficult due to fatigue and grip problems and things of that nature. Would you guys say I’m far enough along to start hanging? I’m not sure if most people begin hanging even while manual stretches seem to be working, like they are for me.
Also about the Bib hangers, I was very excited when I found that they were in production again. The only problem is that now I don’t have any money. I really want to buy a Bib considering the rave reviews of it. I know on the site it says they will be in production at least trough August, but I’m wondering if any of you know if there is a specific date or anything that they won’t be available anymore. I should have some more money in a week or two but I’m worried if it will be too late by that time.
Finally how many here do stealth hanging? Given that I’m going to be moving into a house for college in a few days I’m going to have to do everything in secret. I know it will probably take more effort to hide hanging but is it really that much more difficult? I would really like to try out hanging because it seems length gains come easily for me so I’d like to maximize my results so that I can attack girth.
