Shorter times for fulcrum hanging sets?
As I am sitting here hanging, I am wondering about my circulation. Normally, we say to hang for twenty minutes at a time, reasoning that anything beyond that is a risk for cell death due to oxygen deprivation resulting from reduced circulation.
However, with my dick wrapped over a bar, it seems like my circulation would be further hindered. The blood vessels at the point of the bend must be severely narrowed and restricted, no?
If anyone has any experience with what I am talking about, speak up. I am thinking that maybe 10 - 15 minute sets are in order for this type of hanging.
