Just got a Bib Starter (which is a great contraption) and began last week while on a trip to NYC. Since I’m new at PE (April 3) I’m going very slow with the hanger: 10 minutes on 10 off and then another 10 on. Hanging 2 lbs. I then do 15 minutes of jelqing - my most unfavorite PE exercise.
I could really get into hanging. I stand when I hang - swing side-to-side like a pendulum and then swing back and forth between my legs - feels great. I should be anble to increase hang time, weights next month. I find that I’m not having to make the adjustments bib has in his instructions and I believe Boxcar mentioned, but hell, when you’re 1.5 x 3 flaccid, guess there ain’t much to adjust.
I noticed you and P9 were discussing all day stretching. Is there a post on how this is done? It sounds as tho you use your homemade hanger for this but you can’t use a Bib under clothes. I’m I reading this right?
