Traction Wrapping vs "All Day" Stretch Following Hanging

Hi every one..
I have a quick question - I have looked and I have searched - but not found what I am looking for, perhaps some one could help.
( I have a small collection of PE “devices” from a BIB, bath-mate, and some stretchers, and a few bits to clamp with)
My question is this

I am looking for a ADS which is low profile - which I can wear under my trousers to work.

I have tried home made ones, they just slip off. I did see Monkey Bar made one that looked like wire that wrapped around. But he doesn’t sell it any more. Have tied the “vacuum” sort to painful and too much fluid build up..
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
