Training the Cremasteric Reflex - Hanging?
My testicles retract VERY high during erection do to laxity of the cremasteric reflex. Therefore, it only makes sense that there is perhaps an exercise that can bring discipline to this reflex (much like say the Gag reflex of a Sword Swallower). Currently, my protocol consists of pulling down against this reflex during erection. ANY BETTER IDEAS????? I thought of hanging ever so lightly!! My shaft is .5” longer with my testicles descented, so as you can see I WANT and NEED THAT .5” And while I’ve read that this is frequent among males, most erect guys I’ve seen have SOME scrotal visible . Damn Inguinals! “I’D RATHER HAVE BALLS, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN” Just started hanging with the BIB by the way. For best results, should I hang 5 days 2 days off OR 3 days with 2 days Manual PE and 2 days off? I’m new here, so I’m looking forward to meeting everyone -
