Tunica gains vs ligament gains?

Tunica gains vs ligament gains?

The more I read the more I find that tunica gains seem to be few and far between by forum members. Seems that 1/4 -1/2 inch is the most I have read reported. I think at most tunica gains represent 10-20% of total gains if at all.

Am I assuming wrong?

I am not sure many guys could tell the difference or know the difference. Especially if one is doing multiple types of exercises in the same program. Certainly when I first started pumping I wouldn’t have known the difference.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I think if you are hanging one could get an idea. We know hanging BTC or SD is mostly suspensory ligaments and SO, fulcrum and OTS is tunica. So while no angle is 100% ligs or tunica since there must be a degree of involvement of both we can get a rough estimate of the gains by angle based on the focus of those angles.

I think pumping would have to be mostly tunica.

Pumping also impacts the ligs.

Could you elaborate on that? I can´t see how pumping would stretch the suspensory ligaments. Unless they got stretched by being sucked into the cylinder. Not sure if that would be optimum and if any case would still be mostly tunica with a small percentage of ligaments. It definitely would not be as effective as the downward stretch on the ligaments by hanging.
