I have a low LOT and used to hang SO. But then I saw this post My "Chicken Choker" If I made this link correctly, you should be able to see pictures of a turnbuckle based stretcher. You crank the turnbuckles and it stretches you penis the appropriate distance. I think if you want to stretch that tunica, it might be better to stretch with relation to distance rather than weight. Hanging 15 lbs straight out was pretty uncomfortable and it might have been so because a constant 15 lbs is applied on the penis at all times. But with a turnbuckle stretcher, I just increase the distance gradually till it is a millimeter past yesterday’s distance. And even at maximum stretch, my penis would eventually grow accustomed to the stretch and the pain would diminish. Like how rubber eventually loses its elasticity after a constant stretch is applied.
I’ve been PE’ing since August and since most of the time, I was hanging weights, I didn’t gain all that much. The .2” I have gained occured while using the turnbuckles (1-1/2 mo.) The stretcher is nice because there is no doubt whatsoever that the penis is growing so long as that max distance keeps increasing.
At this point, I realize it’s probably a good idea to jelq immediately after turnbuckling. I think of the sacs inside the corpora cavernosa as being like balloons. Stretching the penis stretches those sacs but one should take the next step and inflate those sacs via jelqing the same way a stretched balloon is inflated or filled with water. In other words, stretch first, and immediately jelq afterwards. Otherwise that dick just wants to shrink up and heal in that shrunken state.
