It’s definitely more comfortable to hang with foreskin covering glands but the skin ends up taking most of the weight. When you are hanging check to see that the skin at the base is loose and not too tightly stretched.

So before hanging you tried 10 year ago manuals and got 1/4 inch gain? What kind of manuals did you do? I gained half inch and most people do. I am doing Ullis, jelqs, stretches..
Do you think you will find any problem in the long run, when increasing weight with your technique?
I had marathon sex with a girl and we did it when she was a bit dried out and injured it with a tiny wound that ache. Now I have a bit less skin in my frenulum and I am afraid I will break it some day. When you retract the foreskin the frenulum makes the foreskin come back and cover the glans, got a friend that got it removed and says that now needs his hand to put his foreskin back on when he retracts his foreskin.

Might of been half an inch 10 years ago, I didn’t really measure properly back then. I was basically jelqing and stretching but only for a few months and not nearly as consistent as I am now.

That blue tac sounds interesting might have to give it a try but I like the added protection that wrapping with theraband gives. I don’t really plan on increasing weight that much. I really think that lower weights for longer periods and keeping a constant fatigue is what will work best for me. I’m in no rush. If you stretch it gains will come. My routine for now is as follows. Warm up stretches in shower, hang 10 lbs for 10 min or so then drop to 5 lbs for 45 min to an hour. I try to get in an additional set at night and in between I’ve rigged my caps wench with a length of theraband to be used as an ADS which I wear pretty much all day. I sometimes jelq and edge but I’m not a big fan of jelqing I always end up injuring or bruising myself. The ADS I made is tugging at about 2.5 lbs and keeps the fatigue going until my next hang session. My goal for now is to hit 7 BPEL by July.

So so far you’ve gained 1/4 and you want 3/4 by July? Keep us updated I hope you will gain gradually each month, let us know!

I am really interested in your story restore. What is best for PE, for hanging and for sex?
To be cut, to be uncut or to be uncut but with the frenulum removed? I am really concerned about this as my frenulum hurts and I am considering having it removed. Besides I am also considering becoming cut as I think it’s be better for hanging. Hope you can help me man

Uncut dude here.
I’ve hung with the Bib starter at first, then switched to the regular one after. I built up to hanging 3-6 sets of 20 mins at 25lbs, using SD and BTC angles, pretty much everyday.
I’ve always felt I have a tremendous amount of loose skin, and it’s been a struggle to properly hang at higher weights because of it. Here are my thoughts on uncut hanging :

- I only pulled the skin slightly. Not pulling the skin all the way down, and not leaving it over the glans. I only uncovered the glans and that was it, I started wrapping. Leaving the skin over the glans will simply let the skin take most, if not all the stress. Then you’re gonna end up with even more loose skin. I found out that pulling the skin all the way back would induce slippage.
- The best wrap combination I found was either a piece of chamois with a standard 2” wide Theraband strip, or a piece of Polar tissue (really not sure what you guys call that in English) with a standard 2” wide Theraband strip. 2 strips of standard 2” wide Theraband strip also works fine, but I find it stings quite a bit when I remove it after hanging heavy. It’s like the wrap would almost merge with my skin. A bit stingy.

- The key to being able to hang at somewhat higher weights, specially for uncut guys, is to tighten the hanger enough to make sure our loose skin won’t slowly slip down. It might seem silly to say, but that’s something that took me a while to understand properly. You really have to tighten HARD, otherwise it’s gonna slip down, causing head pressure and, in my case, fluid build-up. It takes a while to tighten enough.. You might have to tighten, wait 1-2 mins for the “burning” sensation to go away, then tighten more, wait 1-2 mins, etc.
If you find yourself tightening until the hanger teeth are completely meshed together, but still experience slippage, you might wanna increase your “wrapped girth”, meaning that you should add some more wrapping so that the hanger has more to grasp on. It allows you to keep tightening until the slippage stops. That’s a tip Bib gave me a while ago, and it might help if you’re struggling.

The key is trial and error. And keep notes of what works and what doesn’t, as well as your progression.

I’m getting allot of fluid buildup in the head lately when I hang for long periods or when I’m wearing my ADS. It goes away within a couple hours or so but it’s now happening more often. Is fluid buildup a very bad thing?

Ehhhhh I don’t even notice it. I damage my ligaments effectively most every session and i’m almost certain I didn’t get my penis snipped.

I don’t know about fluid build-up in the head, but I used to get quite a bit of build-up in the foreskin. Besides the increasing discomfort, it’s not dangerous, unless the fluid amount gets out of hand.

I’ve pumped before many years ago and also experienced the donut effect but this is different. Like water retention or something. Goes away really quickly so I’m not that worried anymore.

I think I’m getting addicted or something lately it just doesn’t feel right if something is not tugging on my pecker.

Canadianclub and restored91, I have looked into your thread but I don’t know the data I am looking for from you. What did you do before hanging and how much you gained before and when hanging? What weight and num of sets you have reached?

You are encouraging many uncut guys mate, thanks for showing up! Have you seen when guys apply some cotton or toilet paper with a band to keep the foreskin pulled back and then apply the wrap? What do you think about that? Also this guy uses blu tac but it might not work for the Bib: “Hanging Progress New anti-slip method”. Why did you change the Bib starter.?
And if you could answer the same questions I asked to the other two guys: What did you do before hanging and how much you gained before and when hanging? What weight and num of sets you have reached?
