Using Bib Starter--upside down

So, I’ve had my bib starter a couple of weeks now. It’s giving a good grip, and I’m enjoying it more than my capn’s wench. However, there’s one spot on top of my penis that both the wench and the bib have been pinching, for lack of a better word.

While showering earlier, I had the bizarre idea to try using the bib upside down. What do you know, it feels much for comfortable, without the pinching. Has anyone else tried this? Any potential downfalls? I’m hanging the same amount of weight, just more comfortably now, but perhaps I’m missing something relating to the bib’s design and construction.

You don’t want to use it upside down. The danger is damaging the nerve that runs on the top of the penis.

It sounds like you either need to make sure the penis is placed farther down into the Bib or you need to widen the bottom gap and maybe mess with the overall wrap measurements.

The wrap, bottom gap adjustments is probably the most frustrating thing about using a Bib. However, one you get it correctly you should only have to do minor tweaks in the future.

It is best to get this done correctly at lower weights before you start moving up in weight and sets and potentially hurt yourself.

I had the same issue…before tightening mine completely, while there is still room for my thumb- I push my wrap down into the hanger using one thumb on each end and then squeeze the device together. Similar movements to rolling your own cigarettes.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve been out of touch the last month due to vacation. I intend to start back up with my PE now though, and don’t anticipate any interruptions until Thanksgiving break. I think taking a break was a good thing. I dipped my toe (or penis) in the water of hanging, found some things that definitely didn’t work in regards to wrapping, and now I’m back to continue working toward perfection with the technique.

Is that the Dorsal nerve of the penis ?
I’m asking cause I used to wear the bib in a different way, basically leaving the bottom screws totally open and just ‘lay’ the bib on the top of my shaft, the bib wouldn’t slip aways because of the theraband that has a lot of friction, the result was a sort of mix between clamping and hanging. I’ve no idea under how much pressure the dorsal nerve was this way but I didn’t feel discomfort with that regard. Erections were actually stronger.
