Vac Hanging Inbetween Sets

I’m going to be starting vac hanging when I’m done the newbie routine. Starting low, 2.5lbs and work my way up to 3 sets of 20 mins then slowly add weight and repeat. Now I know when using a vac hanger guys like to tape the glands to prevent blisters and other injuries. Also inbetween sets I’ve heard some guys do some light jelqing.

My question is inbetween sets do you remove the tape and jelq then reapply the tape for the next session? Or just leave the tape on while light jelqing?

Also I’ve read about keeping a light stretch after your session to heal the penis in a elongated state. Is there a wrap or method I can do without buying an ADS?

I usually leave the tape on and just do light jelqs at the base. As for ADS I got a magnetic wrist-wrap from Amazon. I wear that to prevent turtling; but I definitely recommend the sleeves from Monkeybar.

Connect you vacuum chamber to a light tension bungee cord, around the diameter of a shoe lace. Connect it to a Velcro strap around you calf. Works amazing as an ADS.

Keep the tape on and Jelq.

I vac hang for 1hr and don’t feel the need to massage in between sets. After 1hr my glans are fine. I tape most of my glans apart from the lower ridge. I warm down after with warm water.

I do remove the tape to monitor the glans.

I massage using jelq roller between sets to restore circulation.
