Vacuum Hanging

Hello, I have a vacuum extender bought from aliexpress that makes me angry, there is not a single day that does not give me problems, I have a short frenulum and when I exert a little pressure when stretching, the glans on top ALWAYS escapes from the plastic that holds it, because having an uneven pressure between the part of the frenulum and the top, the frenulum pushes out the glans, not being able to stay more than 5 minutes with it properly placed, I tried to increase the grip on the area with bandages or ropes, also put tape under the glans so that the skin does not move but ends up being the same, the glans escapes.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Would I be better off with a noose extender instead of a vacuum?

Hello, I am a newcomer to the website and currently using a Vac Hanger that I have got from Aliexpress. I like how comfortable it is to use while studying at home so I am not planning to use traditional hangers any time soon. My questions are, do I need a program that I should use, do I need exact hours to limit my hanging time a day and do I need break times after periods of hanging? How can I get the best results with vac hanging? I have seen training info on traditional hanging but couldn’t find such articles about vac hanging. Please enlighten me :) Thank you!

Do you guys hang semi erect with vacuum based devices? LG recommend to get engorged before entering chamber.

I don’t know if this has been asked or not but have a question on BTC hanging. When ever I get in position to do this and let my dick hang down between my legs it always wants to turn sideways. Is this okay or should I try to keep the topside out so it pulls my top ligs and not my sides ones more. Like I say it always wants to turn one way or the other so does it matter that much. Trying to get down to 7:00 so its seems to me to get more stretch downward to not let it turn. Any help with this?

I haven’t found a thread that compares the various hanging devices or that gives a size guide.

Also, are there any good products on AliExpress?

One way that I’ve tried was to reposition my balls left or right, and pull the loose skin sack up behind the shaft.

No hanging erect. Because my erect glans won’t fit the cup, I do my entry flaccid then simulate to erect or semi erect to seal the vacuum so the cup has very little or no air. It helps prevent blisters on the glans.

In between hanging sessions is it better to leave the silicone sleeve attached to the vacuum cup or remove the sleeve? It’s more convenient to leave it, but I wonder this will wear out the sleeve faster. Has anyone left their sleeve attached like this for months/years?

I leave the sleeve on the bell. I fold it up to wash the inside of the bell, then fold it back down afterward.

I think you’re likely to damage the sleeve from repeated remove/install cycles. Even if it stretches on the bell, it won’t affect its function.

I leave it attached for the same reason Andy mentioned.

Thanks, I will leave mine attached. For heat while vacuum hanging, is a heating pad superior to a space heater. This is the best heating pad I can find online for wrapping around my unit while I hang.

I have a space heater and a stand that works really well at pointing right at my dick and keeping everything hot without burning me. Curious if others have gone this route instead of a heating pad.

That’s an FIR heat pad which is superior to a conventional pad and far superior to a space heater.

How do you prevent sticky adhesive residue on your head after taping? After removing my tape both dry and in the shower, I’m getting some left over tape stickiness. So much that my dick will stick to my balls or my pants later in the day. Is it better to apply the tape to your penis totally dry, a little oily, baby powder? I feel like I’m doing something wrong because I vacuum hanged years ago and didn’t have this issue. I got my tape direct from the Total Man shop and I’m taping exactly how he does in this video:
