Vacuum Hanging

Yes check my signature. Use foam tape. I don’t have time for a long reply but I have a thin sleeve from a max-vac, that is no longer is made, on to it the foam tape strips that form a cap for me.

Then I slowly increase to the desired vacuum over 5 to 10 minutes. I attach a lighter weight to stretch penis out. During traction your penis will be thinner so I then wrap and tie a shoe string a few times over the penis and outer sheath to maintain vacuum. Then just make sure you got the right vacuum and attach the weight.

I will be ending my hanging career soon due to a move but recently upped weight from 15 to 16.25 pounds. I feel with this setup and the right conditioning I could eventually hang much more. I’m getting a really strong pull. I note use the LG Hanger and unless something new came out in the past 6 months it’s the best vacuum Hanger out there and the best I’ve used and I’ve had them all

Also put a round make up remover pad at the end of the Hanger. I enter with a light semi and once positioned, I squeeze the base with my other hand and smash the head into the pad. This gives further protection against the vacuum and forms around the head

Whats your hanging angle with the LGhanger? Whats your opinion on SO hanging with the LGhanger?

I’ve been hanging with an adapted Phallosan Forte bell for a few months and worked up to 10 lbs x 2 hours. Gained around 3/8” length in that time :)

I stopped a week ago due to a few small blisters that appeared around the tip. They’ve pretty much healed and disappeared now, but it still feels like there’s some internal irritation. Like just the last half inch of my head, which bears most of the pressure, just internally (urethra I’m assuming). It stings sometimes doing nothing, and a bit more when I pee. It’s not sensitive to squeezing though, and no other symptoms.

I’ll give it another week or 2 before I actually start to worry, but is it possible there were internal blisters/damage too? Have any other vacuum hangers experienced this lingering irritation?

To follow up, the stinging was purely from physical damage caused by too much pressure on the tip. I took a month off and fully recovered. I’ve since purchased the LG Hanger, and have had no problems working my way back up over 10 lbs. It fits much better, and doesn’t lose vacuum pressure so stays in place keeping the force evenly distributed, instead of sliding down and putting all the force right at the tip like the PF did. I’m also doing 1 hour in the morning and 1 at night, instead of 2 hours once, but using a proper device makes all the difference.

What sort of gains have you seen using the LG Hanger from 2 hours split up?

I haven’t taken taken any measurements since starting with it. I wouldn’t expect anything from my initial use, as I was really just easing the weight back up to what it was when I stopped, so probably have already seen all the gains those lower weights would give me. I only got back up to 10 lbs 2 weeks ago, but will continue adding 1.25 lbs every 7-10 days.

Switching to 2x 1hr sessions was mostly due to convenience, as those 2 hour sets were pretty tedious and prone to interruptions. I suspect it might be more effective this way too, but I’m really just about putting the hours in. I’ll try to remember to come back with results after another month or 2.

I got a system from AliExpress that you can find by searching “phallosan”. The fit and comfort are incredible. Nice product. I adapted a hook and a leg strap fitted with rubber bands for tension. I tested the bands with weights to estimate the pull I’m getting. Roughly seven lbs is what I’m at now. I double the condom silicone for added strength. I’m able to do upwards of ten hrs a day and it’s discreet. EQ has been awesome as well.

Here’s me hanging with 5 pounds. I started off at 3 pounds last week with a homemade setup. Think I’m going to go for a routine as follows:

5 days on hanging 3+ hours
2 days off extending lightly 3+ hours
Wear a light stretcher every night while sleeping

No jelqing. No kegels. Sex only on second off day.
Increase 1 pound per week.

Gonna measure in exactly a month and report back. It’s going to be hard to resist measuring every day! I’m starting at 6.6in BPEL 6.9in BPFSL, so lets see how well 90+ hours of hanging/extending with night time stretching works. I would be so happy to finally hit the 7in mark.

I use the ESL40 ADS and Hanger cup. I’m still new to hanging it so I only hang 2.5lbs but plan to get up to 5lbs. I wear the hanger cup with the weight for as long as I can. I get to the point where I can feel a good stretch at the pubic bone. I maintain it for as long as possible before moving to the ADS while working 10+ hours. So far it’s very comfortable and as long as you dial in the resistance and don’t overdo it there’s no issues. Eventually I plan to get another hanger when I feel like the low weight isn’t doing any good. I’ve never measured but after a week of this my fiance has said things she has never said before so maybe it’s working. I seem to hang lower while flaccid and I look thinner while erect, like I lost girth. I think I want to do the low weight, long hours routine since it seems to work better for my schedule.

How long should I hang for?

I hear differing information everywhere. I hear 20 minutes thrown around a lot but then I think that is just for bib hangers. I just placed an order on autoextender. Com for one of their starter kits and will most likely be starting at 5 lbs since I have been doing manual work for a while and gained almost half an inch from that alone. I will be hanging 6 days a week and have time to do sets almost any time of day since I am a full-time college student and live in my own house.

So is 20 minutes ideal or just a necessity for bib hangers and if so, how long should I be hanging at 5 lbs from my vac hanger?

Yes, 20 minutes for Bib, but an hour for vac.

I’ve read some info about my problem in this thread but I haven’t found a solution and I bet someone else has this issue.

When hanging with the Monkeybar VAC hanger, my glans get pulled and get swollen and almost numb seeming. Has anyone found a solution to this? I don’t really understand the method of wrapping the glands with tape..
