Vacuum Hanging

I have been using the blue sleeves doubled up for a few months now with good results. I was hanging 15lbs until I got a blister and ended up taking 6 weeks off. Now I’m back at it with 11lbs.

Interesting conversation between Sparky and Girtha on whether the shape of the end cap can cause, or help prevent blisters. What is the best shape? I have thought about this often. Monkeybars round design is comfortable, but I always get my blisters in the same spot…right at the tip. If I could spread out the area with a flatter surface, would it help alleviate blisters. And also, would it allow me to hang more weight? Right now with Monkeys hanger, if I hang too much weight I get a stinging feeling right at the tip of my head. Just have others have complained about. That is obviously where are the pressure is accumulating. However, if I splint the tip of my penis with something flat, that pain goes away and I can hang a few more pounds. Right now I am leaning more towards a flatter surface. I do however, think you want to get ALL the air out of your cap so that you have direct contact with the hanger. Other wise your going to end up with the same thing…all the pressure compiling to the furthest point, or at the tip of your penis. This causes pain, blisters, and limits how much weight you can hang. What do you guys think?

Also the vacuum force is determined by the total wt you are hanging. The heavier the wt, the higher the vacuum.

Yeah, I was thinking about the one CrashHex made. Seem like using a hand pump or sucking on the tube crammed your head too far into the cylinder and caused it to rub against the plastic cup when you swung the weight. Looks like you’ve used a bigger, or fatter cup on your device. I think having a really big cap is important in Vacuum Hanging. Once I lower the weight I don’t want the tip of my dick touching anything.

Well, i just poured my own lead vacuum hanger! I took 1 1/4” galv steel pipe, cut it so that when filled it will weigh about 2-3 lbs….then I welded it to a piece of flat steel and while it was still molten I took a slightly smaller copper end cap and pushed in to it’s full depth (about an inch) and now it’s cooling. When it’s done, I have my weight and hanger all as one unit (like Monkeybars 11 oz hanger only about 38 oz. heaver). To keep from having that lead touch my penis all day, I’m coating it with a clear acrylic paint (a few coats)…

I did this because hanging weight off the cap that comes with the autoxtender package, swings around too much. I want to be able to wear this when I go to the store, or to my sons football games…etc. So I can literally forget about it until I have to take a leak.

Since I got the thrombosis and still have the biggest one left to heal, I’m going to hang light, but all day.

With 3 lbs, I never had to tape, only put a piece of tissue paper in the cap to keep the moisture or any other fluids from making everything slick. Plus it won’t swing so much… I tried using fishing weight on the end of the autoxtender vacuum hanger and man they fly everywhere… I mowed the lawn once and had to tape them to my leg to keep them from swinging out. Plus when you have to hang on the end of the vacuum cap, everythign just gets farther and farther away from your body. this way I save about 4 inches of nonsense. So the only way my unit will be swinging below my shorts is when it get’s that long!!

skeptic, that sounds pretty sweet. Any chance you could post a picture of the hanger?

I recently broke out a vacuum hanger I made a few years ago, and started to use it again. I don’t know if this could hold 20 BG, but its easy to use and effective.

Thanks for posting this. (BTW: the second and third link are to the same picture. Was that intentional, or has a picture gone missing?)

I have been wanting to try a vac hanger where you can create a vacuum before applying the weight. I think for me, this would be the only way to get a large cap to work.

Any tips on where to buy the valve, tube and brass fixtures etc? I can’t recall seeing stuff like that at my local hardware store, but I probably was not looking in the right place.

Thanks again!

Not sure why I posted three.

I made it out of a hard plastic vitamin bottle. I looked around at grocery stores, pharmacies, vitamin stores etc until I found one I thought was the right size and density.

The rest of the hardware is just from like a Home Depot. I picked brass fittings to resist corrosion. Both the hook (hanger) and valve have a threaded internal part that I fit a nut to inside for strength, then sealed it with silicon get both in and out.

I intentionally found a bottle that had a neck. I wanted a larger compartment to allow expansion of the glans, and a more narrow part to help seal the vacuum. This is important or you will start having to mess with sleeves like everyone is doing with vacuum hangers. If the neck is at least close to the size of your flaccid shaft, an inner tube will work for the sleeve. If its quite a bit wider, you will have to use silicon sleeves to seal.

If you build it, use a bit of water based lube to make sure you can slide in and out easier. You can get some swelling if you go too long and too high a vacuum, and you will need a bit of help to pull out. The great thing is that you can pull a vacuum and release it.

The tricky part will be that little green valve I use to seal the air vacuum. I got that at an Aquarium Store, and is the least hardy part of the set up. If you can figure out something better, let me know.

I hung 18 pounds again tonight, still using pieces of sleeves waiting for a delivery. I did make a new discovery though, well, at least new for me, others may already be hip to this. Silicon really grabs onto itself well. That is, two sleeves that overlap one another adhere like a vice. I completely covered the cap with part of an old sleeve then put a very small piece of a blue sleeve just over the open end of the cap only leaving a little over an inch to grab the shaft and leaving no more than 1/2” or so stretched onto the cap. I figured it would pull off as soon as I weighed anchor, but the damn thing held 18 pounds for nearly an hour. I didn’t do any swinging, just sat in a chair hanging SD, but that tiny piece of sleeve, a little over 2” long altogether held all that weight. Lesson to be learned, don’t throw away the pieces of broken sleeves, use them this way to get more mileage out of the unbroken ones. Maybe making them long is not as important as making them thick. I definitely got less skin pull tonight.

It’s stuck in the steel pipe, I”m trying to figure a way to get it out without destroying the lead mold. I used a wooden dowel the same size as the penis cup opening and it only moved it about 1/8” hitting it with a 10 lb sledge hammer!

when I get it out, and clean it up, I’ll post a picture of it. I may paint it with black acrylyic to make it look cool.

HangerMan5000,

Ok, I finally got it out… I had to use a cutting grinder to rip up the side and split it open (it was NOT coming out)… I weighed it and it came out to 3lbs 1/4 oz… Nice! So as I was trying to really polish the side of it, I thought, this is ridiculous, I am spending time polishing a penis weight! So I just got some black duct tape and she’s good to go… I also was going to take the copper plug out, but realized it gave it stability and it would have been a nightmare to get out…so I just hit it with some clear coat and as soon as it’s dry, I’ll take a picture…well first I’ll try it out as there is no point taking a picture until I know it works well, which I see no reason why it wouldn’t. The only thing I would have liked to do different is to have made the hollow part a little deeper so you can have the weight center mass a little closer to the tip of the penis….Oh well. I’m not going to do another one until I can get a better mold to cast the lead into. Galvanized steel pipe is cheap, but it sure isn’t smooth on the inside (and I buffed it with a wire wheel on the inside)…

It is about 4 inches tall, so after you put an inch of your unit in it, it will add 3 inches to the profile of your unit under your shorts or whatever. Not too bad.

I was going to make a silicone mold of my real unit and pour the lead in that, but if it fell off, good luck explaining that. If this falls off, it looks like a piece of electrical material or equipment… just kick it to the side and look innocent! ah ah ah aha (pick it up out of curiosity of course and bring it home!! ) hoaha hahhahaha

SO: Sounds very cool. Definitely post a pic. As to it coming off in public, you could do what we used to do with the lead rings. Tie a string around a belt loop, snake it down the pant leg and attach it to the weight. If it comes off it will just dangle discreetly inside your pant leg rather than clanging to the floor. I once had a golf weight slip off at the mall and roll into a Starbucks.

I didn’t go after it.

Also, by the sound of your gadget, you could probably slip three baseball bat weights onto it giving you another three pounds. It would also give you a very large, python like, bulge in tight pants.

Hey, if something is going to slip out of your pant leg onto the floor, might as well make it worthy of conversation.
