inicial 1996: BPEL 15cm (Margin of error +/- 0.5cm) MSEG: 14.1 cm

For maximum strain, with the approach I was using, 1 session of 70 minutes was optimal. I tried 2 hour sessions and multiple 70 minute sessions and different variations. The extra effort beyond that 70 minute session didn’t help at all. That’s for strain.

I have gained 27 mm (~ 1”) rod length in vac extender and vac hanging combo since June last year. Immediately after hanging for an hour straight I place my unit in the extender so there is no chance of turtling.The last 2 months I have seen the most rapid gain as my weight has gone past 8#.

How much cm in length did you gain vacuum hanging?

How many hrs per day did you vacuum hang?

Did you extend a certain amount of time per day? Was pumping a part of regime, in which increased penis length was noticed,?

Did your wear ads a certain amounts of time per day day? ( While deforming penis or so increasing length.)

What poundage is the range, in which penis grew the most ? if applicable

Right now, I vacuum hang for a totally of 60+ minutes of varying weights. After hanging, I re-tape and go to vacuum extending for 8-9 more hours.

If I do my taping right, I don’t get blisters. Sometimes a spot develops due to an air gap.

So to answer your question, you can use a vacuum for a long time.

What is vacuum extending? Simple ads?

Got an rod extender ,le luv slider, and has been slipping when getting to bpel- bpsfl marks.

Have you found lower weights tut works best?

I ve hung 31 lbs compression hanger and didn’t gain any length. Trying longest session lighter tensioner n.

I settled on 70 minute sessions, using heating pad and was usually around 3 to 3.5 kg weight were I got best results. I would need to look back at my numbers to be precise but I gained roughly one inch with vac hanging. I only started to gain with vac hanging so this will have my newbie gains in there.

I heard some folks say that 10kg weight would work on a vac hanger. I did test what weight I could work up to and did manage to get to 10kg but it was not very comfortable. 8 kg was no problem. I always start my weight light and work up in small increments which I think helps when hanging heavier weight. Those weights were just for a test and I wouldn’t hang weights that heavy normally.

I have never used an ads or extender. I only do hanging.

My heaviest has been 7 lbs. Vacuum extending is using an extender with vacuum chamber.
