weight threshold for gains?

I have just started hanging with 3lbs for 20 mins twice a day. I will increase slowly and safely, bit by bit.

1)What weight would the “average” guy need to hang before he saw his first gains from hanging?

2)Does the average guy need to reach 15lbs before he even sees his first length increases? Or do initial gains come sooner? Is starting with low weights only done for safety reasons, with no gains, or do guys actually make gains with such weights and move up the weight to get further gains later on?

1)Usually Over 7 to 8 lbs from what I heard. Most get it in the low double digits.

2) No, usually something is seen or realized at a lower weight than 15. I think using btc makes for more weight to be felt on the same weight. Your hitting a weak point and exploiting it.

Low weight is done for conditioning. First one has to learn to wrap and such. You don’t wanna tie 25 lbs on the first try. Plus the idea and feel of a skin stretch is what occurs at the lower numbers. You need to grow into it first.

In theory I guess someone could have such a high lot that they hang BTC with 3 lbs and see something cause they have easy to mold ligs with shitloads of potential.

Thanks for the reply twatteaser, I am new at this and can’t find anything in the search area for btc. Can you tell me what btc is? I have found that my ligs feel the weight much more when i sit compared to when standing. So I guess I need to build up to 10 pounds before I am likely to see my first quarter inch gain?

Gottagrow, BTC (between the cheeks) is where you hang such that the hanger and your penis are between the cheeks of your ass. The easiest way to get into this position is to sit up in a chair, prop your feet up on another chair or some other object, and slide down in the chair.

I gained with between 8 and 12 pounds hanging over the edge of a chair but not quite BTC.
