Wench hangin time

Very inspiring, hope!

So I’ll just keep on hanging and monitoring my BPFSL as an important indicator.

After I have reached the maximum amount of hanging time I will start increasing the weights as well. What do you think about this strategy?

And another thing just to clarify - I do not experience cold head. By saying my dick gets cold I meat that the body (the stretched part) gets cold. Do you think this is normal? Some of the guys have already suggested me to use a warming device during the sessions for better tissue stretch.

Cheers!

This sounds very good in my opinion. Increase the sets to your maximum amount of hanging time slowly. Maybe add one or two sets per week. Starting out with 21 hours per week right away sounds like much to me, even though it is low weights.

2 kg sounds like a very good starting weight. I would not increase any more than 0,5-1 kg per week even though you may feel like it. Personally, I rushed it some in the beginning, which made things harder for me. I would feel very comfortable at a certain weight half-way through one week and then I raised the weights again midweek, totalling 2 kgs for one week. It is too much. Take your time.

Just remember that the reason for gaining slowly in weights is to let the soft tissues and the capillaries of your penis accomodate to the new stress. Your ligs and tunica may already be ready for 10 kgs, but your soft tissues definitely are not.

As I said, I don`t think you should fear a cool dick, unless it is ICE-COLD.

Hopefully this problem will diminish after you become more conditioned.

Heating is always good, but don`t use it to hide your bad circulation. Your penis could still have circulation problems and be cold, but by using the heat pad you may be fooled to think that the circulation is better than it is. Be aware of this.

Also, I wanted to let you be aware that many guys think SO is a very difficult position to gain with.

Personally, I`m experimenting with it right now because it is such a comfortable position to hang in compared to BTC. I also have gained slightly with it so far, so I`m sticking with it for a while.

If you monitor your BPFSL and notice that it increases, that should however be an indicator that you are in fact gaining.

Good luck!

I’ve also been getting a lot of intense, long sex sessions as well, which I believe is helping my gains come out.

Intense long lasting erections, combined with an undamaged penis (from workouts), have showed me some interesting results. I’m not saying I can stay away from pe, cause I want much more penis gains. However, without me knowing it my penis felt hard as hell, but wasn’t giving me the blood flow needed to expose my new gains.

I’m thinking when workouts are going well, and my bpfsl has increased to a certain extent, it might be time for a break to allow my gains to show themselves. Kind of like I’m letting it grow into itself.

My penis is thicker, has maintained vascularity, and is an eighth or so of an inch larger than before my break. I’m not saying to take breaks all the time, but I now think I know when the right time to take a break is. But bpfsl is definitely a very important indicator.

I’ve also had to make adjustments along the way to make the bpfsl actually get longer. If it isn’t I believe something isn’t going the right way.

Good stuff bro. Congratulations.

I was thinking here the other day that maybe adding some light girth work could help the BPEL gains catching up with the BPFSL. Currently I do only hanging.

Thanks Renholder! I will take you advice and just keep monitoring my BPFSL and slowly increase the number of sets in time.

No problem.

Let us know how it turns out.

A log would be nice:)

I do at least 3 sets of 10 minutes every day I PE. I’ve been doing some light clamping before sex, during my decon break, but they are very mild compared to normal. Even more than girth gains, my goal is more increased veins than girth.

You definitely have to have increased blood flow to expose gains. Whether it increases naturally, or with your help.

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!
