What do you think about this strategy? And another thing just to clarify - I do not experience cold head. By saying my dick gets cold I meat that the body (the stretched part) gets cold. Do you think this is normal? Some of the guys have already suggested me to use a warming device during the sessions for better tissue stretch.
Cheers!
This sounds very good in my opinion. Increase the sets to your maximum amount of hanging time slowly. Maybe add one or two sets per week. Starting out with 21 hours per week right away sounds like much to me, even though it is low weights.
2 kg sounds like a very good starting weight. I would not increase any more than 0,5-1 kg per week even though you may feel like it. Personally, I rushed it some in the beginning, which made things harder for me. I would feel very comfortable at a certain weight half-way through one week and then I raised the weights again midweek, totalling 2 kgs for one week. It is too much. Take your time.
Just remember that the reason for gaining slowly in weights is to let the soft tissues and the capillaries of your penis accomodate to the new stress. Your ligs and tunica may already be ready for 10 kgs, but your soft tissues definitely are not.
As I said, I don`t think you should fear a cool dick, unless it is ICE-COLD.
Hopefully this problem will diminish after you become more conditioned.
Heating is always good, but don`t use it to hide your bad circulation. Your penis could still have circulation problems and be cold, but by using the heat pad you may be fooled to think that the circulation is better than it is. Be aware of this.
Also, I wanted to let you be aware that many guys think SO is a very difficult position to gain with.
Personally, I`m experimenting with it right now because it is such a comfortable position to hang in compared to BTC. I also have gained slightly with it so far, so I`m sticking with it for a while.
If you monitor your BPFSL and notice that it increases, that should however be an indicator that you are in fact gaining.
Good luck!
