On the vacuum hanger site they talk about sizing. You also need to measure girth semi erect.

Yes, semi erect is 50%, but I would say they mean 40-60%, nobody can get it perfectly semi and maintain it.
Currently doing manual stretches, jelqing and starting ULI's. Still trying to lower my tight and very high erection angle.
BPEL: 6.2 inches / NBPEL: 5.7 inches / EG: 4.5 inches
