Where to now?

Where to now?

OK guys, I have being PE’ing since August. I initially started on jelquing and the newbie routine, sadly, this gave me girth gains, so went to the hanging. I built a bib hanger using his guide on this site and have moved from:
5.6 BPEL 6.0 EG to a merry 7.5 BPEL, and still the same girth and with no injuries. So hurray for me!

Problem is that I have mainly relied on lig gains for this change. I have a good LOT of 9 o’clock and most of my hanging is from BTC. But now when I do BTC, I get a lot of skin stretching, cos I get numbness in the skin, and i dont feel the pull in the ligs as I used to.

Oh, I have tried hanging straight out, but I dont get so much out of the pull, after about 30mins, I get a deep ache at the base of my penis, but nothing like the good stretch feeling I used to get from a good BTC hang, so whats the next stage? Where do I go from here? How do I keep gaining? If you guys need any extra info, i’m happy to help.

I think I might donate since this site has been so good to me. Now if only I could get some money..
Seriously, you guys are the best!

I’m not a hanger, but maybe this would be a good time for a deconditioning break.

Have you climbed in your hanging weight?

You said that you’ve tried SO, but understand it will feel different, as it would because your shifting to more tunica involvement as well as different lig attachment zones. Where before your stretching the top of the ligament structure during BTC when you shift the stress to an upward angle your going to be attacking the underside of the pelvis ligament attachment area. Fulcrums could break you loose as tps suggested but it sounds more to me like SO and SU would be more appropriate at this stage. The gains might be little slower and you might even be in doubt about whether they are working because it feels so different but they do work. It’s all I do is SO and SU. I’ve saved BTC for when I plateau and just never have.

BTC is very intense stuff and other angles may not feel like that, but eventually you’ll want to shift to them if for no other reason then to balance the structure stress to the under side of the ligament bundle. Benefits would be a higher LOT not that I believe LOT theory anyway. I’ve just thought SO and SU was more natural given how we’re built. When you shift to upper angles after experiencing BTC the tendency is to increase weight to achieve the same feeling BTC gave you. It isn’t necessary. The SU angle in particular will give me more fluid build up response then SO after a session but the tunica stretch is valuable in and of itself.

09-2003 BPEL:6.0x5.5

11-2004 BPEL:8.25x6.25 . . 9+ by Spring is the goal AIR CLAMP

Now BPEL:8 5/8 x 6 5/8 PE Weights

Ill try the fulcrum idea and ill vary my hanging angle, just need to go to the hardware store.

Thank you loads!
Both of you guys!
