Hello everybody

When hanging, is it enough to put heat on the top part of your penis, where the ligs are? Or is is better to wrap the heating around the cock?

I am asking, because wrapping the heat towel around my penis is not so easy.

Heat it all if you can; heat what you can if you cant heat all of it.

Yeah if you can’t heat it all the target the ligs if that is what you are stretching. Also careful not to heat your balls

Heating your balls can reduce sperm output. This is an ancient birth control method. If you’re not worried about kids then you don’t need to worry about heat. Sperm production will come back in a couple months after heat is eliminated.

Hanging? Target the ligs.
Stretching? The whole thing.
Pumping? The whole thing.
Jelqing? The whole thing.
Clamping? The whole thing.

See, I don’t believe in doing just one of the aforementioned and calling that PE. I do em’ all S-J-H-P-C in that order and I warm up before each and every one because it’s critical. If your current method of warming up is no good, find another method. There are penile rice socks out there and infrared heaters which are even better as you don’t need to keep going to a microwave and the heat goes deeper. Why is this “towel” you are using hard to get around your penis? Only reason I can think of is it’s either too small or too large but either way using warm water isn’t good enough as washclothes and the like tend to cool too quickly to have any real good effect on the ligs.

I’ve been wondering about this. I’m following the hanging with fire process. Currently just wrapping with the IR heating pad around my penis while hanging. Seems to be the accepted way of doing it. However I’m starting to wonder if it makes sense to also heat the ligs above the penis too, at least for part of the set.

If your hanging angle stretches the ligs too then it does make sense to do this. When I moved to hanging SD I started putting a pad at my ligs as well as one on my dick. If something is getting stretched it’s always a good idea to add heat, if possible.

I have just been wrapping around the shaft while hanging straight down. I may have missed something. Where are the ligaments you guys are talking about? At the base of the shaft on the pubic bone?

If I am heating my ligs with a pad I place the lowest part of the pad just above the point were my penis starts and the rest of the pad goes up towards my belly button.

When I started hanging SD I used to fell tightness there so I decided to heat it. This helped with the tightness and hopefully helps the ligs stretch too.

How is it possible exactly to heat your ligs?

I mean you can only wrap around your shaft when using a vacuum hanger, and your wrapped up pad starts right above your pubic bone all the way to under vacuum hanger head.

If you are saying you are putting the pad where your penis starts and the rest of the pad goes up towards your belly button, then you would need a second pad. And even then, you might need yet another pad for the bottom part all the way to your balls.

I just can’t picture how you can do all that. Can you please clarify?

I used two pads. One around my penis and one starting where my penis meets my body and then going towards my belly button. With SD two things are getting stretched so I ended up heating both.
