I am going to buy a weight today, and start some serious hanging. I have not been doing that very much, just some stretching now and then. I look forward to see my dicks reaction to 13-14 pounds:D :D “You little bastard - You SHALL increase, like it or not!”

You could see some serious gains with much less weight if you startout with Rings then progress to higher weights when your gains slow. IMO Ask around.

I ment the part about calling my dick a little bastard and that he was going to grow if he liked it or not part.

What happened? I broke him 3 times since I’ve been here. All from pumping & clamps though.

Alright!! Thats enough. I going to hang ,or try to ,again. I made an attempt to build a captins wench ,but went wrong somewhere. But thats not my problem. What is my problem is wrapping correctly , . I’ve read the articals on wrapping ,but just don’t seem to get the results nessesary to hang. My flacid is only about 4” in lenth, when I m feeling good ,but I just can’t seem to get the wrap tight enough or to hold while I attempt to attacth the wench. Any help from the pros would be greatly appreciated. I ‘ve been doing PE for about a month and a half , and have already gained a quater in. In girth for sure. That only puts me at 5eg. ,And I’m only at 5.5bpel(sometimes six if I point it down. Now I know ,every one says be patient, but I think I’m ready for some light weights ,just to see whats possible. Iv’ebeen far to short for far to long. I would like some different insights on wrapps and hanging ideas for my situation. Thank you all for getting me this far ,and keep up the good work .

Here is how I do it.


Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

I have had NO problem hanging with the Redi-Stretcher. I pull from the glands on my flaccid, then I wrap with a cotton strip, made from an old T-shirt. I then wrap with some Thera-Band, then squeeze and pull on my glands as I clamp the Redi-Stretcher about 3/4 the way down my shaft. I think it has gotten a little easier, as I have gained size. I just had a session this morning, for over 30min. w/ at least 13#, sometimes closer to 20#.
Due to the type of traction/pulley system I use, I can vary the weight. So far, hanging at about 45% down, has been real effective for me. It gives me a good stretch, without all the skin stretching, as in hanging SD or BTC. I NEVER hang BTC. I hang at an angle that feels comfortable. I don`t go with the theory, that pain means gain. I don`t feel any discomfort to speak of. I hear some people talk about the “burn” in there ligs, I don`t get that. Maybe a little, but very little. I think I will try some weights for an ADS. I feel that using an ADS is real important in my program. It just makes sense to me…

One other thing. For those that can set up a pulley system from the ceiling, at the end of there bed. DO IT!!

What’s the best configuration for a Redi Strecher? I am guessing the hard sides with the Theraband wraps? Thanks.

How are you attaching the weight to yourself? Will it work if your not circumcised?

Awesome, hopefully I can start hanging in the next month or so.
