So I just got PE-weights, and I need some good wrapping techniques. Monty, who I got the weights from, said that there was a video on “thunders” for it. I have not been able to find it, if it is here. Also, what is that velcro for on the end ring, and the sock? Kind of confused here, I am a visual person-I need visual aids to help me, not words of instruction. However, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
