Hi Guys,

In response to PM’s I’ve received recently about my using golf weights to do some lightweight hanging, here is my routine:

1. First purchase your golf weights (doughnut shapes, approx. 1/3 lb each in weight) from any local sports store, discount store (Walmart), etc.

2. Get semi-erect and apply a small amount of lube (any kind of lotion will do) to your shaft. Slide 3 or more weights (about 1 lb.) down your shaft to the base of your dick. The lube makes it easier to do this. You can continue to add more weights, depending on the length of your dick, comfort level, etc. I use 4 - 5 weights myself. Now wipe off the remaining exposed lube on your shaft.

3. Now take some Ace self-adhesive bandage or equivalent and FIRMLY wrap the area below the glans (head) several times, creating a thickness that prevents the weights from sliding off. Being semi-erect helps when doing the wrap. If the Ace bandage is new, it will adhere tight on its own. If you are reusing a strip, you may want to seal the strip with some gaffer’s tape, rubber band, or elastic hair band, or equivalent. I use a small 1-inch cut section of cheap bicycle rubber tubing to hold the adhesive strip in place. Use whatever works.

4. Leave the weights on, go about your business and then take breaks every 20 - 30 minutes or so for circulation purposes. I suggest when you unwrap and remove the weights to grab your dick and slap it against your thigh at least 25 times to help restore good circulation.

5. Then slip on weights, rewrap and start again.

6. Do this as long as you have the time.

7. If you don’t want the weights to be obvious, I suggest wearing loose fitting boxer shorts to contain them from swinging indiscriminately when you walk. Then wear another pair of loose fitting gym shorts or similar item over that. Only you will be the wiser.

8. That’s it. Hang away for as many hours as you like.

9. When you are done, be sure to finish with some final dick slapping against the thigh and perhaps some dryjelqing to help restore normal circulation.

10. Now enjoy the gradual gains to come.

This is a very easy, passive activity to incorporate into your overall PE program. This has definitely helped me to continue to improve flaccid hang in particular.

After wearing the weights the first day, I’m sure you’ll feel the kind of unique gentle stretch that you get with this kind of elongated multi-hour wear. Just to clarify, I didn’t invent this kind of lightweight hanging technique. It’s been mentioned in many variations before. But since I’ve been doing it regularly, I thought that member interest could be refreshed with details of my own personal routine. Best to you.

Why to unwrap and rewrap?

I’d like to stress that the reason to unwrap and rewrap has nothing much to do with the weights themselves. Hanging a total of 1 or 2 lbs is relatively stressless to your dick. But it’s the tightness of the wrap to hold the weights from slipping that concerns me the most. Until you get a feel for how tight you need to wrap, it’s best to play it safe in regard to maintaining overall good blood circulation. Yes, I can go an hour or more with the golf weights before unwrapping, but for those starting out I prefer to give conservative advice and keep things on the safe side.

Also, I absolutely do not recommend going to sleep with these weights on. No matter what kind of PE you’re doing, constant mental awareness of your dick’s physical reactions is paramount.

Definitely. I’ve tried going to sleep with an ace bandage traction wrap before, but just couldn’t do it. I’m way too scared to wake up with a dead lifeless dick.

How long does it take you to apply or remove the entire setup?

Good and responsible thinking! We’ve only got one dick, so why take any unnecessary chances.

Once I have a semi-erection, it takes me about 2 MINUTES to apply some lube to my shaft, slide the weights down to the base of my shaft, wipe off the extra lube below the glans and above the weights, wrap with the ace self-adhesive bandage below the glans and secure with duct tape, a strip of rubber bicycle tubing or equivalent. Taking if off, takes me less than 15 seconds. Anyone doing this will just get more efficient and faster with practice.

Keep in mind that I have made most of my existing 2” erect length and girth gains without using the golfweights. I’m using them now, because they are expediting my flaccid size gains and hopefully my erect size gains in the long run.

Maximizing my flaccid hang size is my principal goal right now. I’d like to always hang flaccid never shorter than 6”. In the last 2 weeks or so, I’ve gained another steady 1/2 inch of flaccid length. So I’m ranging between 5.5-6.5” length NBP x 6” base girth regularly. I’m ultimately shooting for a flaccid size of 7” NBP x 6.5”. How long this will take, I don’t know. But I’ll be there trying.

I’m presently including hanging with golfweights, along with everything else I do, so it’s a bit difficult to separate results and assign gains I’m making to any one exact technique. It’s all working in sync. But definitely I visually have seen and mathematically measured the immediate NBP flaccid gains that golfweight hanging provides me. Plus it’s easy and convenient for me to do. This is just another productive addition to anyone’s PE arsenal.

When and where are you wearing the golf swing weights setup? How many hours a day do you wear them? I think I’m going to try this. I always liked the flaccid stretch from hanging light weights—I used a keyed Master padlock with the shackle attached behind my glans. However, I didn’t like the risk of pinched dick skin when attaching, the stress on the coronal ridge and glans and the unevenness of the weight stress, i.e., the “upturned” dick effect. Your flaccid gains sound phenomenonal. Sounds like a fast track way to go from a “grower” to a “shower.”

I wear the golf swing weights every night when I come home (about 4-5 hrs/night) and most of the day on weekends (about 6-8 hrs/day). I should post a pic/illustration of my setup.

Thanks for answering my question. Since you wear the weights around the house, are you in “stealth” mode or does wife/family know about your PE efforts? I always used to wear my padlock while working in the garage/yard because the lock was notorious for slipping off in an inopportune moment. (Didn’t want to have to explain a padlock falling down my pants/shorts leg, crashing into and denting the hardwood floor with a loud thud.)

It’s easy for me to wear these weights and be in stealth mode. My wife (and obviously the rest of my family) does not know about my PE efforts, although she’s seen and felt the results of these efforts. I have noticed that she likes holding and manipulating my dick more when she’s giving me a blowjob. Can’t complain there.

I’ve never had any problem with worrying about the weights falling off, or clanking, etc. Once you lube and slide them down the base of your shaft, it’s all a matter of how well you wrap below the glans to keep them in place that determines the comfort level and how well they are secured. I’ll try to get an illustration out. Plus, as I mentioned earlier, by wearing one pair of loose fitting boxer briefs and another pair of loose fitting gym shorts or dark blue/black sweatpants over that, I can completely remain in stealth mode.
