Looking for advice on a strictly hanging routine

Hey guys here’s a question for the books;

I currently have time restrictions and can only PE for about one consecutive hour a day.

I try to compensate by wearing PE rings ( 2lbs weights) for 4hrs in the morning, come home warm wrap 5 minutes, hang down for 30 minutes, then hang@ 9:00 LOT position using a bungee cord and some weights for 20 minutes, then over the shoulder with bungee attached to my Capts wrench with weight for 20 minutes. I then follow with the PE weight rings (2 lbs) for about an hour or two depending on when the lady of the house comes home. I guess my questions would be; Is it ok to only PE once in a day if you don’t have time to due multiple sets ? Will wearing PE rings for four or so hours prior to hanging help fatigue the muscle and allow for more ligament growth/stretch during the hanging session due to being fatigued? And finally, will wearing the weight rings after hanging help to stop that natural retraction that happens after hanging during the healing process and allow the healing to take place in a lengthened state ?

Just my option, I would first find my LOT and try to hang accordingly. Only work on BTC or OTS but not both and make one your primary hang. (Divide and concor) Only use SO when too fatigued to continue and as a secondary hang. If you can get 3-20 min. Sets in a secession per day it will take about an hour and a half. I think you need to try to get at lest 6 hours per week in to see good gains. Try to work smart and only work on one angle till you see gains stop. You need to understand the game plan when it comes to hanging, your LOT and the angles to hang. Read Hobby’s seesaw affect and how it pertains to your LOT. Once you understand this stuff it works really good to maximize you time.

I’m not sure this will do anything. The purpose in hanging is to get fatique and ride that fatique. 2 lbs. Won’t do much

I think this is working too many angles. Like I said, you first need to understand how to attack and at what angle to get maximum gains. Divide and concor

Some on here have had good results wearing the golf weights after a hanging secession but I have not tried this. Just my option, I think once you get fatiqued it doesn’t really matter.

How much weight are you using? How long have you been hanging? What is your LOT? With this information you can get better advise.

I don’t’ mean to jack your thread but I have a question. If my LOT is around 8 O’Clock, what direction would I hang? Thanks.

With an 8 LOT you can still expect some gains with BTC hanging. I would start there anyway. It’s not to say you would see the same as compared to someone with a 9 LOT who might see more. I think the only people that start with OTS hanging have a 7 or under LOT, but that’s not to say they too could see some gains hanging lower. A low LOT just means you have a lower exit point and hanging at lower angles my not get you the most from your time.

What we are trying to do is expose the inter penis. To get the inter penis to come out we try to lower the exit point with BTC hanging (start with high LOT) then go to OTS hanging when the LOT drops which will raise the LOT back up then you start all over again. If you have a low LOT then hang high to raise the LOT so you can then go to the lower angles.

Thanks for the feedback, I have already checked my LOT and found it to be around 8:00. I will read further and use your advice to make a solid routine. I can already see a flacid hang difference but flacid is not the important factor here now is it!

Let me also ask how do you guys feel about golf ring weights over all ?? I think they are are pretty great but what do I know I’m just a newbie ??

Couldn't Wait For Three Months To Measure Soo.

Well guys I was suppose to measure for gains on apr 14th (3months) I decided to go ahead and measure today instead (a few weeks early) I have good news and bad news the bad news first;

Well I started this venture @ 5.75ELx5.125EG my goal was more so to attain length with girth as a bonus. After a little over two months I am pretty much the same length (which after properly measuring I realized was actuallly 6.0+EL not 5.75) give or take an eighth of an inch but (the good news) I am about 5.5+EG. So I have gained about 3/8 inch girth so I am happy about that but anyone who was gained girth truly knows that gaining girth makes your tool look stubbier when you arent that long to begin with.. UghhhhhhhhH!! Looks like my goal of 6.0+ EG will show up well before the EL. Goal..
