GOLF WEIGHTS & HANGING ( Peforeal Routine)

I have increased hanging time with the golf weights. At work, automotive technician, I wear 2 weights for 2 hrs., checking every hour. I then remove the weights for an hour. After one hours rest I “reinstall” the weights. Then wear another 2 hours. “2 on 1 off”.

I notice the skin pinch after removing the weights and wrap. No discoloration. I grab my glans (head) through my pocket or from the outside of my pants to make sure it is not swelling. If it is, and it sometimes does, I put my hand in my pocket and grasp the glans firmly and kind of squeeze and pull, which gets rid of the “buildup” of blood in my glans. I have noticed my erections are like steel rods. My penis prefers hanging to the left, and I wander if this is going to cause curvature in the future? Sometimes I force “him” to the right, though he puts up much resistance. I also do manual stretches and jelq of course.

what,s happening when your head swells is you have too tight a wrap. It traps the blood coming down but won’t let it out. When that happens I get a certain throbbing. Just wrap loose, that’s the cure.

Where is most of the stretch directed? The ligs or the tunica? I’m sure that it depend on the number of weights and wrap. I feel a mild feeling of stretch in my tunica. The underside of my penis at the base feels mildly sore from the first weight resting there during the hang.

Well, the ligs. Afterall it’s an SD setup. What I do is heavy hang SO or SU only. That gives me someplace to go if I should plateau, but I haven’t yet and it’s been months

I now have bumped up to 2 1/2 hours and 1 1/2 off with only 2 weights. I now put a peice of tape on the right side of my glans so it doesn’t rub against my Dickies at work. Will move up to three weights next week. I will be hopefully getting some lead ones

which are about twice as heavy as the regular weights. This source also has some stealth rings and end rings, and he is probably reading this now. I am going to construct a bib hanger this weekend. Anybody get weird looks at the bulge in their pants, I have? Especially since we are required to tuck in our shirts. Anyway, the tape on the glans helps me well against rub burn sensation.

Gentlemen,

I would caution you against arbitrarily increasing your golf ring weight if only because it probably isn’t necessary. If your ligs are being straightened with only 1 pound there is no need to go up in weight.

I’ll have pictures up with in the next week or so. Your gonna like ‘em.

Would it be good practice to change which side “your unit” hangs, through out the hang time, from right to left, left to right?

I alternate simply so I can fake people out by changing which leg I limp on.

I have a natural hang to the left, so I’ve been trying to hang to the right when I have the golf weights on.

Well you know that may just work. With the weights on I’ve noticed a tendency for a natural curve to one side or the other. You might pay attention to that and formulate your hang to correct that. I should think though, that the weights are going to give you a predominately SD pull and with that your mainly working the ligs. Given that, I would think that any curvature would be induced by the tunica being imbalanced, one side as opposed to the other. With PE work in general, I would think that your going to have a natural correction to that condition. Whether your doing a lot of jelqing or hanging or what have you, both sides are generally influenced and therefore will tend to work the tight side first, therefore correcting the weak side. I don’t think you’ve got a lot to worry about. What I would suggest is take pictures with a sheet of graph paper or heavy lined paper, under neath and in a few months pull it out and see what difference has taken place. The change might be subtle but my bet is you’ll see more difference then you expect.

Hi Guys,

I have be PE’ing for about 2 1/2 months now, have 1/4 inch gain in EL. Started at 7x4.5 now 7.25x5. Pe exercises are manual stretchs, jelq, warm up and down.

Been reading about the Golf weight, so yesterday went out and bought 5 for them at Wal-Mart. Started wearing 4 of them for an hour at a time, 3 times. Currently wearing them at home and it has been 1hr 15min. Is it safe to go longer with these? They are comfortable and have no bad thing going on with old johnny…..

Some guys have talked about wearing them out in public. but for me walking around the house and out in the yard it bounces around so much I don’t think it possible to wear in public. Any hints as to how to control it if I did go out with them on?
